This is the absolute worst Subway I have ever been to. The owner does the most to give you the least. I ordered a Tuna sub and he actually leveled off the tuna on the scoop with a knife. What I got was a bread sandwich with a smidge of tuna. The tomatoes were the size of golf balls. I thought they were cherry tomatoes. And the bread was crunchy and hard as a rock. I immediately returned to the Subway for a refund. His prices are higher than other Subway stores but he is extremely stingy when making subs. I cannot recommend this Subway. If I could give it less than one star I would.

I went there to see what is new at Subway since I seldom eat there, unless I am up north in Gaylord Michigan. I was in for a pleasant surprise and enjoyed my Steak & Cheese sub with Tomatoes, Onions, Yellow Bell peppers, and Chipotle Sauce (which was recommended by the staff member who made my sub) and I chose the Provolone. It was delicious . And I definitely recommend the Chocolate Chip Cookies for a dessert option. This location offers dine in and carryout options. You can phone ahead or order in the store. There are options for the kids and it’s handicap accessible. Masks are optional at this time. Eat Fresh everyone.

I arrived at 9:25pm and the two girls refused to open the doors saying that they are closed but google maps shows they close at 10pm it takes less than 3 minutes to make a sandwich! I’m sure the owner would want them to operate the correct time!

This place is a complete rip-off, they don’t give you all the meats that usually come on a sandwich. Order BMT and they shorted the meat. Typically, you get 10 slices of each meat, but they short you by giving you 8. Corrected them, and the person making sub said she just assumed I wanted that way. Don’t let them cheap out on your meats. Same with the cheese. Very skimpy on toppings.

They gave my order to a doordasher and I paid on the app and everything. Literally my worse fear and the manager said it was nothing they could do. No refund! No apology! Absolutely ridiculous. I won’t be coming back up there again. Horrible

Don’t order from this Subway location on Wyoming, especially through the Subway app. This location steals your money and refuses to refund you. They blame the delivery drivers, even when you have the driver on the line confirming the issue. They’ll say things like, “Oh, we didn’t have the items to make the sandwich,” but when you ask for a refund, they just don’t do it. Through the Subway app, there’s no way to request a refund, so they essentially stole my money.
If you order through apps like Grubhub or DoorDash, at least you can request a refund and get your money back if something goes wrong. But with this Subway location, the owner seems more concerned with saving a few bucks than providing decent customer service. It’s cheap, stingy, and completely unprofessional.
To make matters worse, I even wrote directly to Subway, and they never gave me back my over $50. It’s incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. Subway really needs to do better and start paying attention to who is representing their brand. It’s no wonder they’re losing money when they allow locations like this to operate so poorly. I’m still waiting on a refund for my two orders—this is unacceptable. Do better, and give me back my money, you thieves.

The worker’s are the sweetest ladies and I appreciate them so much. There boss is something special-case they deserve a tip every time they get a customer. Fast, friendly, attentive service is rare in the city.

First and last time coming to this Subway!!!! They messed up my order and tried to get a refund and the manger said it was my fault. If your employees understood English maybe they would have got it right. The manger was nasty toward me. I would NEVER NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. This is how y’all treat city workers?
