Got VERY bad food poisoning (listeria) from eating a quarter of a footlong. I only ate a quarter because the turkey didn’t taste right, if I had eaten the whole sub I would had been hospitalized no doubt. Last time I’m eating there ever again! It was all I had eaten in the prior 24 hours. The effects came on within 4 hours after eating, Horribly painful! Warned local family members & learned they quit eating here a while ago because the mayo always makes them sick at this location only (in my case it was the turkey).

Don’t order online to pick up. Ordered my son a kids sub with just ham and cheese. Got that plus lettuce tomato, cucumber, onions and green peppers paid $2 extra for avocado on mine, wasn’t on the sub. Cool. So 2 outta 2 we couldn’t get right! Love it. Last time I’ll be ordering from there

If I could give this subway 0 stars I would. Ordered on the app and it sent both orders through. The man working June 12th 2025 at 8pm only completed one of the orders. So when I was searching for the other he asked what I was missing. I told him I had another order and he said oh he wasn’t even suppose to make this one that was ready and he did. He told me I’d be refunded for the second order. So I guess half the family was out of luck on eating the dinner we ordered. I’m not sure why he wouldn’t have just made things right and offered to make it since the order did go through and he made the first one and they were placed only minutes apart. All while he was helping a customer so I’m unsure if he could help the other customer why he couldn’t complete my other order that went through. Not very good service.

50% of the time my sub is delicious! 50% of the time they are missing toppings! Sometimes it’s green pepper sometimes it’s onion! Today it was both! I also got a 6” tuna, came home and there was about 2 tablespoons of tuna on the sub! How does the manager neglect to order supplies in timely manner? I will never order another tuna again, waste of money!

I simply don’t understand why this location pulls all of their hot items (meatballs specifically) 2-2.5 hours before closing… every attempt to go in after work I always get “we’re out of meatballs” but today a staff member admitted they pull the meatballs at 6:30-7:00 depending on who’s working because “there’s a lot to do to close”. Most people are getting off work around this time, you’re loosing a ton of business & money doing this. Not everyone enjoys cold sandwiches, & the customer service has been quite comical. Guess I will continue driving into Monroe instead of 2 minutes down the road.

Tried several times to use the subway app to use the coupons. Just wouldn’t go through. Drove to the store, asked the employee why the app wasn’t working and he told me, he shut it off because he was working by himself and he was 17 and had to go to school in the morning. Mind you the place is dead, NO customers!! LAZY!!!!!!
Will never go back into this business! But I will call corporate tomorrow!

It can be hit or miss on the actual food depending on who is working. My major problem is that when they close in person and when they close online is one hour sooner which can be very frustrating when you want food just to be told the person already closed.

Worst subway around the staff doesn’t give a shit about your order they rush to close the subway way before there supposed to and then give you an attitude when you try to order something.
Don’t have your hours listed as 10 pm if your closing at 8 every day

Look man, I ordered a Meatball sub. I went to go pick up order and notice the bag was a little weird. I’m driving home, feeling like I just got the bag. I turned down labo heading to tele. I finally get home. I open the brown, delectable subway bag. I got a pizza. How did I get a pizza from subway.
