The blonde girl working today could not be bothered. Didn’t say acknowledge me walking in even though her and I were the only ones there. I could see her making what I assumed to be my pick up order. I had to ask her if it was for me and she just made a face. Brought the food home to my family and it was half wrapped with barely any toppings or meat. Very frustrating. I wished the girl a nice day and she still couldn’t bother to say a single thing. Wild.

Definitely not the friendliest sub shop, was being laughed at because our we were quite chaotic with figuring out what kind of sub our kids wanted to eat. It was our second time in this shop, I remember the first time my child only wanted a churro after their first day of school, we as a family of 4 walked in and we ordered a churro, the blond older lady says.. “all of you and you only want 1 churro?” Yeah, We just laughed it off. she was rude then and was rude yesterday, along with her co workers….it’s a shame when your children see the poor customer service, great way to set an example of how NOT to be when they grow up. Do better Subway.

Great Subway! They are super fast on the app orders, always ready and waiting by the time I get there and always accurate and clearly labeled. I like the overhaul with the real meat slicers vs the factory produced meat. Also I like the new paper packaging verses the old plastic bags that got filled with condensation.

Stopped by Subway today. Kyle waiting on me. What a nice, cordial gentleman!!! He seemed to be genuinely concerned about getting my order correct, the right veggies on my sandwich, etc. I believe he should be commended for giving such wonderful customer service with a gentle smile and gracious attitude. Would recommend a raise for him–he certainly represents your company well.

Associate seemed very uninterested in his job. While literally throwing items in excess on my sandwich demanded the next thing. Doesn’t seem to know a little goes a long way as in my sub had way too much salt on it. Then as I was handing him the cash he ripped it from my hand. Sighing very heavily while I was eating. If you don’t want to work here or anywhere else make a change.
