Nice subway located in a convenient location. Parking and street access was not a problem. Restaurant is really nice inside. The dining area is modern, roomy, very welcoming clean environment. The staff was friendly. The hoagies were excellent. I would frequent this subway again.

Ordered kids meal , hot chicken foot long, pizza. Had on the receipt all topping on side. Only kids meal topping was on the side. By the time I got home. The topping on chicken hot sub where no longer crispy. Had no drink in the bag for the kids meal. Paid 21.92. Called the store asked for a small credit willing to spilt cost. Do to them messing up the order and not giving the drink in the kids meal. The best he said he could do. Was for me to drive 45 minutes back to that store and he replace it. I was only in the area do to a doctor appointment and get blood drawn. And supposedly was no management in the store. Absolutely ridiculous.

Noah is my favorite worker here. His customer service skills are perfect. When he’s slammed with customers he doesn’t show an ounce of stress. He moves quickly but treats each costumer with respect and makes sure they get exactly what they want. He’s why I keep coming back. Restaurants should have more workers like him.

Ive been going to this Subway regularly. Tammy is awesome to deal with! Very nice and helpful. I enjoy going in and getting my regular sub at this location. Highly recommend! Tammy is awesome!

We are regulars at this subway and have always had a great experience. However, they had a worker there named Veronica/Vanessa ( we were told both names by two different people) anyway, Veronica/Vanessa was not welcoming from the start of our visit. She seemed almost annoyed we walked through the door. I asked if I could use an expired coupon and she said, “NO”. I said two other times they let me. She said, “NO”, again. I said that’s fine. She passed me off to another employee named Tammy, and I was relieved. Tammy was soooo friendly and welcoming. I don’t know if Tammy being so nice bothered, Veronica/Vanessa, because, she then started yelling at her coworker Tammy in front of us costumers. I apologized to Tammy for her coworkers outburst. Vanessa/Veronica should maybe consider another field NOT having anything to do with customer service. Thank u Tammy for being so kind and turning my visit around. I left a message for the manager to call me back, but he never has. Not sure if I will be back to this location.

The staff is always nice and the food is fresh but they really struggle to fulfill online orders efficiently and on time. We’ve ordered online on three separate occasions and all three times we’ve waited over 15 minutes past the estimated “ready” time. There needs to be improvement, here, if they continue to offer online ordering. I’m giving three stars purely because of the staff and food quality. The service experience is lacking.

We ordered party platters for my son’s first birthday and instead of putting the toppings on the side as we requested when we ordered (multiple times so there was no confusion), they mistakenly put ALL the toppings on every sub. We have some very picky eaters, but didn’t have time to go back up and have it all re-made. Mistakes happen and thankfully we had other food planned for the party that day.
However, we contacted the store immediately and were told they had to contact a manager. The following day, we contacted the store again and we were told the same thing and that a manager was supposed to get a hold of us. After no call the following day, we contacted the store again and finally asked for a number to contact this manager. We were told 3-4 different people all along, and in the end, no subs for the party basically and they offered us a refund for half.
At this point I explained that it was rather frustrating, not just because we ended up with no subs for the party, but the run around after the fact when we spent a decent amount of money and it was their error. The final manager to help us apologized and took responsibility for not getting back to us sooner, but we still paid half price for no food at that point. Definitely won’t be going to that location again.

The employees are nice, and make the food pretty quick. I’d recommend eating here.
My one complaint: I wish the app had a section at the end of individual items, or anywhere for that matter, for notes or comments like other apps do. There’s no way to add certain things, like triple cheese for example, during an online order. Yet the only way to get the “BOGO 50% off” discount is by ordering online. But, that’s an issue with corporate, not this individual store. I would still give this store five stars.
