Stopped for a sub to-go. The person behind the counter was friendly, fast, and efficient. The restaurant was clean. In and out in about 5 minutes.

The sandwich itself was pretty good. The bun was a little dried out, but maybe it was supposed to be some fancy artisan bread that’s supposed to be crusty.

I’m in here almost every week and order the same exact thing on the app. I never do any changes, just press the + button and add to my order. (Picture below). Today I placed a pick up order and when I went inside to pick it up, I thought she gave me the wrong bag. The older lady who’s always in there gave me the bag and I told her the salad was missing. She kept telling me I ordered a chicken salad wrap which I didn’t. I explained to her how I ordered an actual salad (bowl) how I always do. She started reading the receipt and told me I ordered an actual chicken salad wrap which it doesn’t even say that on the receipt. She then asks me with a bad attitude if this was my personal order, once I said it was she proceeds to tell me with the same bad attitude “We’ll you know exactly what you ordered and that’s what you got”. She told me after she noticed she was wrong that she would remake it but by that time, I just decided to leave and not put up with the unnecessary attitude that was given to me. Never again will I give this establishment any of my business. When I got home, I noticed even the blt wrap was wrong. She gave me flat breads for both. All the pictures are below from the app, the receipt and the food I received. Again, I’m in here every week, sometimes even twice a week and this is how I get treated.

Moved way too fast for me and didn’t even ask question as subway workers often ask as to get you squared away instead she missed several steps like can I get you any silverware or even a bag. Nope just kinda handed me my salad bowl without much help to optimize my experience as is standard practice at many subway restaurants

I rarely come to this one because it’s mid- the pace is slow and the service could be better not even a smile or hi how are you , i work at subway myself and I never realize how good my service is until I got into another subway. My last time in this store I asked for two sides because I forgot sauce from work she told me I couldn’t get two small cups of sauce unless i brought a sub.. which isn’t in the books? cooperate didn’t say that’s a rule? which i would know because im a manger for a subway myself . but because your owner said you couldn’t ? you didn’t? not being a karen but that was rude especially seeing I have a subway shirt on .

Someone unknown to me used my information, my gift card, and my debit card after gaining access to my Subway account to make purchases at the Belleville Subway. This location allowed 1 person to pick up 2 orders under different names without requiring ID or any form of identification. I have lived in South Carolina my entire life and have never even been to Michigan. Kalina, who identified herself as the manager said she remembered the customer, gave him the orders despite them being 2 different names, and has the person on video. The “owner” called and told my husband she can’t do anything and directed us to the Subway website to file a complaint, but there is no way to do so. I have contacted my bank and reported fraud at this location and have filed a police report on this. Hopefully, the Belleville police department will actually be able to help me. My husband is retired law enforcement and he said that departments are supposed to take fraud seriously. We will see how seriously they take this when the victim is located out of state.

The Belleville Rd subway is hideous , Amanda is the most unfriendly woman I have ever encountered in my life. It is an inconvenience for customers to walk through the door. Today they (Amanda and another young girl) had music BLARING on the soda machine counter heavy metal music with explicit lyrics! It was so hard to even talk to them because of how loud it was. I turned it down myself as I was filling my drink. I hope Terry or the owner sees this and really gets a new staff!

I said I wanted salami, pepperoni & TURKEY…she repeated back ham, and I corrected that I wanted turkey. I still got ham. Very disappointed. This is why customers should still be able to see the meat station.
