They were moving SO INCREDIBLY SLOW that I left. Did not want to give them my service. No urgency whatsoever. There was only one person ahead of me and she was already checking out when I arrived. The guy kept his gloves on to touch the register and money, then tried to start making my sandwich, so I asked him to change the gloves. Very dirty. Then still was moving slowly, started doing something before cutting my bread. So I left. Better off driving to a different subway

Had the absolute worst experience of my life at this subway location. I have been a regular Subway customer my whole life and when I tell you, I have never had such bad and slow service. They didn’t have basic things and sauces and it took over 30 minutes from the time I stepped into the time I stepped out for me to get my order with probably 20 problems in between. Mind you I was the only person in there. Highly recommend driving somewhere else

I had two fraudulent charges on my credit card within 15 minutes of ordering at the Subway on Stadium. This was a new credit card and had not been used anywhere else yet.
I returned several times asking to speak to the manger, but the manager has never been there, they were unable to tell me when the manager would be there, and they would not give me a contact phone number or email.

The young girl working there today was not competent at all!! I ordered online it said 30min wait I arrived to only one person working!! During lunch rush ??? Not good. My food was not ready… by the time the lobby filled up with 6 more customers she began to move slower for some reason. She finally gave me my 2 subs and both of them was wrong!! bread wasn’t properly toasted, missing cheese, lite ( stingy veggies) no sauces added just 2 dry subs!! When I asked for them to be re-made she just stared at me like she ain’t know English!! With everyone behind me looking upset I settled for what she had and she just slid down some containers of sauces. I’m never eating here again! Get some help! Who ever the owner is you wrong as hell for having her up there by herself. It’s 2025, if you want to stay open learn the food business.

This location delivers a fine artisan sandwich to it’s patrons made to order. The customer service is exquisite and the staff really care about each person who walks in the store.
To drink there is an extensive choice of soft drinks (caffeinated and not caffeinated). I highly recommend the Dr. Pepper because it has that fizzle di dizzle like no other.
Come on down to Subway town, where the eating is fresh and the take out bags are brown.

Tried to order through the app and then needed to cancel before they even started the order due to time constraints. They confirmed in store they would cancel and refund. They never did. No matter how much we asked. Even the manager lied about sending a refund and never received it. This location is horrible. Save yourself a bad time and avoid.

Feb 2026 3/5 stars for food but 5 for service! Updated review. Ordered a footlong tuna with veggies, but you could barely even taste the tuna in the sub. A thin layer was spread on the bread, not very much to begin with, then add the veggies and that’s all you can taste.
Still great service. Ordered through the app and order was ready, on time! Store was busy with other customers in line, but the gentleman let me know that my order was ready and picked up right away. Coming home to my favorite tuna footlong sub was delicious! Great lunch on Fridays dosing the Lenten season!
5 stars for the tuna footlong too! Loaded with all my veggies!

It was impressive how badly the employees did their job. They messed up my first order, it happens no big deal so I go back and have them remake it. The guy didn’t even put turkey on half the sandwich. They act like they have zero clue what they are doing. Taking new orders but not finishing others. They had my sandwich done, but they just waited to give it to me until the person behind me was done. Makes no sense. They don’t change gloves in between touching money and food. I

The lettuce on my sandwich tasted like it had been sitting out for a couple days. The service was horrible, the employee was sitting on the phone while I was waiting for him to take my order. It was clean until my family member went to the bathroom and said that it was so bad she had to clean it so it was usable. It had poop and other things on it like it had not been cleaned since open. Go to a different subway.
