This subway is SO clean and organized. The manager is Very helpful when there is any customer issues. Quality of food is good but the produce products(lettuce) that the restaurant gets from their supplier is never consistent (fresh) and that’s no fault of the restaurant.

Walked in today about 3 pm. Standing there waiting for someone to come take my order, couple mins in some lady comes out and tells me she’s on break and the only one there so she can’t make a sub. So I went through the drive thru and when I got my total at the screen it said $17.49 but when I got to the window the team member at subway told me my Total was $20.44, so there’s a start, she was nice however the sub took about 10 minutes sitting at the drive thru window to make also they forgot my dressing, and extra cheese, not going to be going back the sub was tasty but I paid too much for poor service. I mean how do you forget the dressing!! And I’m not even sure my total was correct. Again though the team member was nice.

Ordered curb side pick up. Checked in when I got there. Waited 30 minutes. Called and no answer. Decided to just go through the drive through. Waited another 30 minutes. Called again and no answer. I saw an employee notice me at least twice but ignore me. So after an hour (which is not an embellishment, I waited an hour almost exactly), and two unanswered phone calls, a women finally came to the window and told me my order has been ready. So I asked if I could have it. I finally got home to warm it back up and eat it. Not worth it.

I usually have no issues here but tonight I went and a gentleman who was the only one working today helped me! We’ll “tried to” I noticed when we got to the greens their was 2 things of lettuce one that was old and mushy and one that was full and looked fresh! I pointed to the fresh lettuce and he continued to put that nasty old lettuce on which MADE MY BLOOD BOIL! Any person with common sense would know to switch that out with fresh condiments! I’m appalled at this guy’s mentality! Like really? You literally had a fun bin of lettuce and give me the old used lettuce that looked green, yellow, purple? EW DISGUSTING NEVER WILL I EVER Go there again! Do better if you wanna work in the food business
