Walked in and asked a simple question, “does your location participate in the sub club?“. The woman behind the counter just stared at me like I was stupid and I wasn’t speaking English and blatantly ignored me. It’s so ridiculous to waste my time like this, I imagine this is a private owned location because those are the only locations that I experienced such extreme attitude and rudeness.

Apparently despite the business owners they make their own hours. Arrive with the door unlocked at 854pm, she informs me they are closed, and need to change the hours. Bad business, will not return I understood very clear you didn’t want my business!

I will never order anything from this location ever again, while I was awaiting to place my order because it took 2x people to do a DoorDash order. I asked can I use the bathroom and their answer is that it is out of order. They have 2 bathrooms and I’m a pregnant woman and a paying customer. I think it was very wrong to tell every black person that can’t use the bathroom. I will NEVER order anything from them again. What happened to customers comes 1st. They are franchise as well I wish I knew the company number.

The service very very bad. The food was not good. The Indian guy working there. Keep me waiting more than 10 Minute for no reason And Was no Customer on the store only my before I order my sandwich, I ask him to use the restroom to wash my hand. He said the restroom out of the order he was lied to me because somebody walked after me. He used the restroom.

I placed an order on the app and they ended up closing the store early. He wouldn’t open the door. He just said we’re closed. basically I guess I have to contact SUBWAY® to get a refund even though on Google maps it shows open to 10 PM. I definitely won’t be ordering online again at this store. So today about five minutes ago, I walked in the subway to order some soup. The young lady looked at me and said this is my last customer. I’m going on break…… I asked if she was the only one working and she said yes wow it’s so unprofessional I will not be patronizing this business anymore and I’m going to promote that no one else does business or order food from here because every time I come up here it’s so difficult for me to get broccoli and cheddar soup I mean ridiculous so therefore, I will not patronize this. BUSINESS and I will make sure that my family and friends will not patronize this business.

They are always closed early and the sign says 10pm and Google says 9pm but yet it’s 8pm and they’re closed just sitting around chilling. This is so unprofessional and people wonder why they end up in a bad position in life. Can’t even do a simple job but want allstar pay. Completely unacceptable!

This subway is terrible. I ordered online on the app and I forgot to click the option for no cheese. I called the store RIGHT AWAY to ask them to not put cheese on the sub and no one answered, and I called 4 times! I even have the proof of calling. When I arrived at the store they were NOT busy and I kindly asked if they could remake it because it was my fault, BUT I also called many times with no answer. He started to pick through my sandwich to take the cheese off when I asked if it could be re made, he told me NO and to pick it off myself. At this point, my lunch break was already over and I was not going to argue with someone like this. Please get another job if you aren’t happy where you are. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and feeling like I was inconveniencing his day when the store was EMPTY, was uncalled for.
