I’ve always used the app to place my orders (sub club). For the most part the subs are accurate as far as ingredients. It’s hit and miss how well they’re put together depending on who’s working… sometimes they’re sloppily put together. There’s a guy that works there who always nails it! But don’t believe anyone there reads the comments (can add in the app). I always ask for my footlong NOT to be cut in half but they always do anyway, I think out of habit. I prefer to cut it in thirds when I get home. Aside from that, there are booths to sit and eat and kept clean. It’s a small restaurant and there are no public restrooms.

Fantastic place, delicious food as always, but the staff aren’t always very great. The lady with the butterfly tattoos working today was very lazy about preparing our food. She acted rather fed up when we added an item to our order, and put way too much lettuce when I asked for “a little lettuce”. Asked for jalapeños on half, and she put them on the whole thing before wrapping it sloppily (not at all wrapped, more so just set on the paper).
The other woman working at the time was very pleasant, she was friendly and did her job right.
So yeah, great place, good food, but a couple staff are totally unprofessional.

By far, the best Subway I have had.
I get the no bread bowl and have to order it to be delivered due to work hours.
I ordered from 3 different Subways last week….
20$ for a salad & delivery is kinda crazy but a girl has to eat.
The other places did not even fill the bowl halfway.
But here, I got my 20$ worth. They also did the extra dressing, too!!! I know where my non bread bowls will be coming from forever!!!

Your employee is unprofessional and rude. Teach/trained your team member to greet their customers when they come in. I don’t know the young lady name but she was working at 12 pm on 3/12 and was rude. It doesn’t hurt just to say hi and provide good customer services. If you don’t like your job leave it or fake it sweetheart
