My first time at this location, Yanna was awesome, she made sure we were satisfied with our orders. This is the first time I have ever been to a Subway and a worker actually seem to care. I had the new Teriyaki steak sub and my girlfriend had a turkey sub, both were good with fresh ingredients.

A 1 star review is being generous and only because I didn’t have a negative number to choose from. I placed an online order at this store on March 5, 2025 and physically went into the store to pick it up. When I entered the store I informed the employee at the register that I had placed an online order and without even checking their system she simply stated “I did not get it”. I attempted to show her the order on my phone and again without even looking or attempting to look at my phone she once again said “I did not get it”. At this point another couple walked into the store, a black couple, my husband and I are white. She immediately walked away from my husband and I and started taking the order of the couple that just walked in. I instructed the employee that she needed to prepare our order as my account had already been charged for the cost of the food, her response was “I don’t have to prepare anything for you”. She was very rude, aggressive and in my opinion racially motivated. Two weeks later I am still trying to get a refund to my account after multiple attempts to reach out to the “manager”, Sarah Sippel, who apparently works when and if she feels like it and has not responded to any of my emails with the exception of the first one sent the day after this took place with absolutely no resolution.
I suggest the store owner pay attention and take the time to review the day to day operations at this location. This store is a very short step away from a lawsuit based on racial prejudice, I certainly will not hesitate if I am not made whole in very short order.
Frankly, the monetary reimbursement is not my only concern at this point, the prejudice shown by an employee to my husband and I is very troubling and I am sure is not isolated to just us, it has to be systemic in this store if it was so blatant in this circumstance.

I walked in to get breakfast and was politely greeted by one of the happiest employees I’ve seen in a while. Malleri is her name. She’s doing a fine job. Definitely owning the place this morning. Keep up the amazing customer service.

This is the best subway within a 30 mile radius! I have 2 subways closer to my home and I choose this one for multiple reasons! The staff is extremely friendly the vegetables are always in perfect condition, they care about the presentation and all around a great time !

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I just encountered one of the nicest, most cheerful subway employees. I didn’t get his name and should have. Red hair with glasses. Very warm, Cheerful, happy and kind. Not something you get much of these days. It shouldn’t be a shock but it is. Keep up the good work!

No customer service whatsoever. I ordered a pretzel for my sister at home. Told the girl that. Bright it home and it was ROCK HARD fifteen minutes after I bought it.

Took it back and all the girl said was I’M NOT REFUNDING THIS BECAUSE IT WAS TWO HOURS AGO. Tried to tell her those was the soonest I could get back there. Asher didn’t care

It was this past Saturday the 26th at about 10:15 a.m. I TOLD her the pretzel was too go and for my sister. Why couldn’t she just say IT HAS TO BE EATEN RIGHT AWAY OR ELSE IT WILL BE ROCK HARD?

I will NEVER eat there, and now I realize why they aren’t ever BUSY and always on their phones!

Have to give 1 star in order to review…zero stars in my book! Placed delivery order with them today got wrong order. Tried to call store and took forever for the supposed manager to answer ..told him the problem he said come pick it up they made a mistake. No I told him I shouldn’t have to pick it up when I paid for delivery- I’m partially handicapped and don’t drive! I’m mad and very hungry…then he hung up on me! Very rude!! I reported this to my credit card company and subway corporate… I will not ever order from this store again…

Place is dirty, chairs are broken, workers are rude and their customer service is absolute garbage. They also don’t allow you to use your coupons multiple times. Other locations have personally told me you’re allowed to use them 5 times before they’re no good. She refused to let me keep the coupon so I use them 4 times somewhere else and then let this location have it.

They need at least three people to assist customers. There is always just one person in the store. The store is always a mess . No one cleans the men’s bathroom. It’s always disgusting and full of black stuff in the toilets and around the bottom of the floor by the toilet. They never have supervision. Open sign is always off. Even when the regular manager is present.
