I walked in as a dasher and waited for my turn to request the customers order. There was only me and one other customer in the store. Another person that walked in was immediately helped after he finished the first customer. This cashier made direct eye contact with me so he knew what he was doing. I had been waiting for 5+ minutes. As I walk to the door to leave and cancel the order that’s when the cashier decided to ask if I needed something. Excuse me!?? It felt very much racist as I was the only black person in the store. The cashier was a guy with brunette hair and glasses and this was at 250pm. Even if this wasn’t a racist situation the fact that he went out of his way to acknowledge and help the other people after I had been waiting patiently and doing exactly what I was supposed to be doing was a slap in the face. The amount of disrespect that dashers get is unreal when we in fact are customers ourselves. I will never come back to this establishment again.

the lady here was so sweet! i believe her name was cindy, she was so sweet, she deserves a raise, and someone to work with her so shes not all alone at night. she was doing everything on her own. and she was absolutely amazing at everything! if you see this, thank you again! from ivy and jaydyn!

Friday December 5th I accidentally ordered at the wrong store in the app (yes I know my fault) but at order places they usually cancel in their systemno problem. I called to cancel and then I was informed that they were out of meatballs for 2 of the 3 subs. I asked her to cancel due to I ment to order at the subway at my home not at work (this one is 35 minutes away from my home)” I will have to call my manager to see how I can cancel it” was what the employee working there said. I went into the Subway near my home and told her what happened when I was reordering my food. She said that it was easy and they she should know how to cancel it. I followed up Saturday and was told by a gentleman working there “you will have to call Monday when a manager is in”. I called today (Monday December 8th) and was speaking with I assume thr manager and was told “I can’t refund you after 2am that day and she never called me to figure out how to cancel it” I then proceeded to say that I was told that they were out of meatballs and then she said “I’m not sure why she would say that because we never run out of meatballs. She must have not wanted to make it”. I really hope this employee see this and see what her manager said about her.
I requested a refund through the app and if this is not resolved with in the next few days I will be calling my bank and disputing the charge because I am out $40 right now for food that I never received.

I’ve been standing here for 25 mins waiting to get my order taken. There’s 1 person working here. He said he was told to prioritize online orders even when people are in the store. 4 subs have taken 25 mins and still going. It’s ridiculous. The guys nice but really?? I’ll be standing here 30 mins before he even asks what I want

Only one person working, 3 groups of people waiting, hasn’t started on my DoorDash order and Grubhub just came in for an order that’s not ready either. You NEED two people working taking all these delivery orders and in store orders. It’s impossible for one person to handle and for safety reasons you should always have two people working that’s unfair to your workers and to us out here delivering these orders.

Excellent service for a fast food place. My son and I love coming here after our walks. The morning/afternoon crew are fantastic and super friendly. Subs are prepared perfectly each time. The ladies that serve us are assets to the company. Definitely recommend this store based on the service.
