The store was closed almost an hour before the posted closing time. If hours have changed, that should be clearly communicated with signage or updated online. Turning customers away early is frustrating and reflects a management issue. Disappointing experience.

He went above and beyond today to fix an issue that we had been waiting to have dealt with for days now after trying to get ahold of the company. He was so kind and had a great attitude. One of the cleanest subways I’ve been in in a while. The ladies working very pleasant. I was greeted upon entering and they were very patient and friendly wirh each patient. I got the Turkey Cali Fresh Wrap. I’m a disappointed that subway has removed the flavored wraps and now you can only get a plain wrap. I still enjoyed my meal but I was a fan of the spinach wraps. Food and service was great!

They NEVER answer the phone!! I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for over 4 years and every single time I’ve tried to call it just rings and ring until it sends you to the automated voice and hangs up on you! Such crap service.
Update: Now a week later and I ordered it today. Instead of a vitamin water my driver gave me a Pepsi. I can’t even drink pop. ALSO to top it all off, this subway gave me food poisoning. I just had to leave work early and I feel awful. I’m putting subway down for a long time after this.

Place closes at least 30 minutes early with open sign still lit… Door locked (check photo)…. And when we have eaten there it has been mediocre food with sub-par service. Find somewhere else to go.

I went to this location and tried to use my coupon, I was turned away because the guy in there wouldn’t let me use my coupon for the sub I normally get. He rattled on about corporate and how there were only a few subs I could pick from. Total bull because I always use my coupon for the same sub I Love the Ultimate BMT. I was upset but I left there and went to another location #281-0 , no problem at all.

Ordered 6 subs for my family today and received excellent service. Not only did the young lady working give me great service, but her coworker pitched in and helped out without having to be asked. This duo knows the true meaning of working as a team. It’s not to often I see good work ethics at a food establishment. Great job to the Manger of these workers. The food industry could sure use more people who worked like these two did.

I have no problems when I am here. I just don’t like the fact that their hair is not tucked away. They are preparing your food. I have seen hair out every time I come in here. Who is in charge of this chain. Please retrain your staff.. other than that no complaints.

I went there on 2/17/23 for the buy 1 get 1 free foot longs. I purchased 3 footlongs, 1 wrap, 1 salad. And some cookies. Total $61.57 plus tax. I showed them that the website did not give me the free sub. They said there was nothing that they could do. The manager was not there. I went back a total of 3 times, very hard to get ahold of the manager. I finally was able to talk to the manager on 3/3/23. I explained. I said I was trying to give them an opportunity to make it right. She said there was nothing she could do. I will stop going to this Subway for at least 6 months. I will also switch my lunch and dinner options to Firehouse and Tubbys sub shops. I have not had very go luck with Subway. I now have 3 that I try to avoid.

DO NOT GET FOUNTAIN DRINKS!!! I work in the restaurant industry & I’m absolutely DISGUSTED by the amount of dirt I found in my lemonade. It could be from the filter not being changed or the nozzles are dirty. Regardless, I’m disgusted & there must be a TON of buildup in the machine.
