They never toast the subs long enough and they do it with the vegetables on it. You wouldn’t even be able to tell that it was toasted at all except for that they toast it after putting on the vegetables so you end up with barely toasted bread but hot soggy lettuce and tomato. Gross!

We came in to order a veggie delight. As soon as an employee named Christine walked in the door she was being rude to a younger employee and took the sandwich she was making of ours. Didn’t wash her hands used hand sanitize. I asked for extra onions and her reply was very rude saying this is not an all-you-can-eat. I told her I did not want the sandwich and she started screaming with customers in the store. I later called to ask for her name to make a review she refused to give me her name I couldn’t even get a word in because she was screaming. Thankfully I knew an employee from another store who knew exactly who I was talking about. If we want extra onion add a button to charge us just like they do with cheese, but as your website States you can have as many vegetables as you would like.? But we barely had any on there. Rudest employee I’ve ever seen.

Ordered online and the order was wrong. I went back to have it corrected and the only man in the restaurant was rude and argumentative. I will never go back to this subway again. In fact, this experience ruined it for all subways. They need more than one person in there and someone who knows how to follow directions on the order.

My receipt doesn’t have a name but says served by 5123. (If you see this, we had 5 sandwiches, I was with my husband & I had a cane) She easily made at least a dozen sandwiches while we waited roughly 20 minutes. My rating is based on the fact that this woman was all alone without help and still cranked all those orders out with a smile on her face, well after closing time.

Unless you want rude service, don’t go to Subway in Kentland. One of the employees told me “we can’t make sandwiches if we don’t have an order,” saying that to me like I’m stupid!! All I said was that I had put it in, so that comment was not needed! I didn’t blame them for not getting it or anything. I was about to order anyway, and cancel it from my app, but that comment threw me over the edge! That Subway will never get my business again!
