I ordered on app for 6:55 pm pickup. When I arrived at 6:57, I received blank stares from the staff.
I was the only person in the store.
Neither employee said hi or they’d be right with me.
Each Just kept making a sub.
I checked and saw that the app changed the time to 7:55. I showed one of them the confirmation email with the order. Still no indication that they were going to make the subway sandwich that I ordered. Barely acknowledged my presence.
I asked if they’d be able to make early or if they could check with the system. The employee said we don’t mess with the system.
I didn’t want to wait an hour for a sub and expressed frustration. The employee said that she was going to make it but I scared her. At that point, all I could do was leave without my sandwich. I drive by this subway multiple times a week.
I will never patronize this establishment.

Love this subway. (I USE TOO)
That was months ago when it was good. Now, it is a waste of money. Their advertisement is deceiving, and corporate is just as bad. Avoid this place until they learn how to prepare a sandwich. The boss looked like the picture I am posting along with the turkey and ham with extra meat. Not worth the $30.00 spent on them

DARE I SAY! THE BEST SUBWAY SANDWICHES WE’VE EVER HAD!!! I do apologize for not remembering your name, but the lady who was working around 2-3p.m. yesterday was super friendly, and made our sandwiches fantastically! They were full, but not overly stuffed, and dripping with sauce.

Was in Subway today for the first time. About 4:00 the two young girls working behind the counter were so sweet and so nice. It was a breath of fresh air. I could tell that these were the kind of girls that would go the extra mile for you. The only problem I had there was parking. It was really strange I wasn’t sure where to park. One more thing the place was kind of dark I couldn’t tell if you were open or not. You’re lucky to have two girls like that working for you.

Does NOT accept $50 or $100 bills, regardless of whatever the order might be. Very inconvenient for lots of hungry workers.
Staff was very rude about it. Very rude in general. Food was mediocre.

Experience depends on who’s working, I’ve had great sandwiches and sandwiches I couldn’t even eat. On multiple occasions the meatballs have been so burnt that they were too hard to bite through. Either the training is lacking or the employees don’t care/don’t have common sense. I definitely miss getting my sandwiches from Isaiah every morning, those were always perfect!
