Stopped in for lunch as I was passing through town. Ordered a chopped chicken salad, but they didn’t chop it. I was told they “didn’t have to” because of coronavirus? She cut the chicken into fairly big chunks and quartered the tomatoes and that was it. I couldn’t possibly stir it without spilling it out onto the table. I’ve ordered it twice since then in my hometown Subway and they’ve chopped it like usual. Seems like these folks just didn’t want to wash the bowl and chopper.

Always rude, never greet who’s coming in, I always put in an orders around 40 minutes prior and it’s never done when they tell me it’s done. 90% of the time I come through they have the place locked up and I have to call just to even get/WAIT FOR MY FOOD!

We walked in to order and waited in line behind 3 people. The young man making the sandwiches did not change his gloves ONCE during the entire time and when it got to be our turn we decided to hit the road and go elsewhere. Just gross! Credit cards and especially cash are extremely dirty and he handled all the food after touching them. Glad we won’t be back ever!!!

This was by far the best Subway experience I have ever had! For reference, my husband and I get Subway once a week before driving to work together so we’ve been to quite a few locations. I have never had fresher ingredients, softer bread, and faster staff than this location!! When I came in there were easily 25 people ahead of me (field trip or something) and they cranked through the whole group in under 20 minutes whereas any other location I’ve been to can only get through a handful of people in 20 minutes. Also to top it off, this location accepts coupons and gift cards! I wish I could give higher than five stars and we now have a new favorite Subway.

I pray we came on an off day as Terry was rude not just to me but also to his coworker, Ashley. She was extremely helpful in getting a sandwich made for my young sons when the store didn’t have pizza available for them. I was super grateful to her for working with me. Terry, however, chose to belittle her and tell her to “never make sandwiches like that again.” He then proceeded to completely ignore me and my dad. The sandwiches tasted exactly as hoped, though it should be noted that they only had two types of bread available. Thank you, Ashley, for being so very helpful.

Placed an order through the app at about 8pm on a Saturday evening, didn’t get past “received” for 30 minutes so I called the store. Guy answers as he’s speaking to someone else and after a moment says “Subway”. So I explain to him what’s going and he says “what’s the name on the order man?” in a way that made it clear he felt I was inconveniencing him. I give him my name and he tells me that it’s been ready. Fantastic, thanks for letting me know.
I arrive to a completely empty parking lot, and no other customers inside. Just two employees. He points to my food, I take it and leave. Get back to my hotel, open the sandwiches to eat and realize the $9 I was charged for extra meat and to add bacon to my two subs was money I’ll spent, because neither sub has either of those things. I know because I eat Subway a lot, and I always get the same thing. Temperature of the food lets me know it had been made within ten minutes of me ordering it, and it’s sat there for ~45 minutes. No teriyaki sauce on the sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub.
You can be rude and do your job well, or you can be nice as can be and make honest mistakes. You can’t be rude, and not be able to make a sandwich.

The second time we made a mobile app order and got to the window and wasn’t even acknowledged from the employees. Neither of the employees had a headset on. So we finally had to go in. On the plus side, the sandwiches tasted great.

Awesome staff, day and evening. Staff welcomes you when you enter and is always friendly and courteous. Always a great place to eat. Food is very fresh and store is very clean, including the restrooms. Definitely my favorite subway in crawfordsville by far. Juifria and Shelby are absolutely awesome employees and make every trip fun and enjoyable! Excellent customer service and make some seriously awesome food!
