Very poor customer service. Placed on online order through the subway app. This location took the liberty’s to send the order through DoorDash who did not deliver the whole order. When contacting the location was advised it’s not the problem of the store because we ordered it through delivery. Which was ordered by the location so DoorDash can not help with the issue. The lady was very rude and aggressive during the phone conversation. Strongly would never recommend ordering through the subway app as they take ownership of the issue. Management needs to be held accountable for the behavior of the staff they have answering and handling customers issues.

Girl if you don’t wanna work just say so, don’t mess up someone’s food. Legit threw everything together and the veggie patty was half frozen. She has headphones in, did not listen to a word we said. We asked for toasted cheese and patty, did not toast properly, clearly not interested in customer service. Subway, you need to start hiring people who actually work properly. Never coming to this subway again. Bye

lady that made my sandwiches was incredibly rude. Ordered my first sandwich and then told her there was another sandwich, to which she put her hand in the air, turned and made a snide comment to her coworker about me ordering a second sandwich. Walked over to the bread and said “what do you want”. Totally lacked any customer service. Be nice. you never know what people are going through.

This Subway location can be described as fairly average. It doesn’t stand out as being exceptionally spectacular by any means, but at the same time, it isn’t terrible. A decent spot for your sandwich needs, yet not a place to go out of your way for an extraordinary experience.

Their pop machine was empty of carbonation after I paid and when I asked for a replacement bottle from the fridge I was rudely told to go pay for the drink by one of the employees. The manager was very nice though and allowed me to grab one from the fridge after she stepped in. I didn’t mean any harm or to be rude. I’m glad the situation was resolved but please inform the customer that the pop machine is not working correctly before selling something you cannot properly provide. Thank you

The college student who served us was still learning the menu, which is a mixture of new expensive featured items and old favorites. This caused some confusion, but an assistant manager helped out and helped figure things out. The food was good.
