I stopped by Subway for dinner during the night shift, and I have to say the experience was fantastic! The three girls working that evening were so friendly and welcoming they really made my visit enjoyable after a long day. Elizabeth and Autumn were especially great, super attentive, polite, and clearly take pride in their work. The third team member (I didn’t catch her name) was just as kind and helpful, keeping everything running smoothly behind the counter. My sandwich was made perfectly, fresh ingredients, and the whole place was spotless. It’s not often you get such genuine service late at night, but these three made it feel like a five-star experience. Thanks again, ladies, for the great food and even better attitude!

this subway used to be a good location but it’s really not it anymore. i believe fresh is somewhere in subways marketing but not at this location.
1. lately the bread is always old and hard and just crumbles the second you touch it.
2. lately the lettuce is always yellow and near expiration
3. lately the tomatoes aren’t ripe either
4. usually the workers are fine not necessarily friendly but fine. occasionally they can seem a little moody.

I was in subway today around 6:00 pm and Elizabeth was taking my food order and I was treated very unkindly by her, she was giving me attitude and she was also raising her voice at me because I was speaking softly. She doesn’t have customer service and doesn’t know how to treat people right. Please do something about this because she could be treating other people like this too.

Went in tonight service was terrible u could tell they didn’t want to work anymore just wanted to go home huge sigh when we walked in then told us they were out of stuff just because they didn’t want to go in back and get it because it was already put away 20 min prior to closing I laughed when it asked if I wanted to leave a tip….

We stopped by while visiting Turkey run for a quick sandwich and salad, the subway didn’t disappoint. Quick service, and we were out in less than 5 mins with a tuna sandwich and a veggie salad. I prefer subway for journeys as it’s easy and filling at the same time. I do wish there were more non meat options but that’s not on this specific branch so I will have to work with the options I have.
Good customer service and quiet location. Really liked that I didn’t have to drive for 30-40 mins in search of a good meal.

I never leave reviews but the crew at this Subway deserves it! It was clean and the most efficient trip I have ever had. Everyone who was working was friendly and seemed to like being at work! My daughter said it was the best Subway sandwich she has had

Subway in Rockville is great, and the team of employees are great too as well. Always smiling and ready to build you a fresh healthy and tasty sub sandwich or wrap. I highly recommend you stop in for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

If I could rate less I would. Not about food but from id say lack of leadership. Guy working not even in uniform wth? Looks more to be a slave drive that workplace and restaurant. Do these people even get breaks? 10 mins atleast? From what I see the do not! That’s sad wonder how many more in humanitarian things these workers are going through sure there are more. I think someone needs to get osha on the line because there is something wrong here.
