went here with my friend and it was really good. I’ve actually never had Subway before, and Javin was super helpful and helped me figure out what I liked. He was really friendly and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Great customer service. I’d definitely come back.

I’m not usually a big Subway fan, but this location was on the way and I’m really glad I stopped. Javin and Brad were working and they were incredibly nice and helpful, and they really helped me customize my order to perfection. Honestly, it was the best Subway sandwich I’ve had. Their customer service made the whole experience great. I’d definitely stop here again.

I would love to give the subway a good review, however the manager refuses to have more than one person on the schedule DURING LUNCH, had to stand in line for 30 minutes to get A sandwich! The one guy that was working was very professional, needs a raise if he’s going to be the ONLY employee working during lunch!!!

This Subway is constantly out of ingredients. One day no turkey, another no lettuce, they’re out of bread (which they bake IN THE STORE) several times a week. I’ve only ever seen young kids working there (who are very professional) so I’m assuming management is an issue. I haven’t had any problems at any other restaurants in the area so I don’t think supply shortages can be blamed. I don’t know who owns this franchise but they need to step it up because I have a Subway addiction that needs staffed. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

Have gone here twice last week and freshest bread and steak I’ve had in a long time from subway. The store is clean workers friendly even though they are usually busy.
Glad I gave this location a try. I’d backed away from subway for a while because of quality of veggies and aftertaste on steak at a lot of the locations.

Manager Josey has 0 customer service. They will not cut the cold cuts for the protein bowl. Even though Terre Haute stores do. Then to top it off they don’t even have plastic knives to cut it yourself. Nevermind the endless supply of knives the workers use to cut subs in half. And when I questioned this I was met with attitude by Josey and none of my issues were addressed or heard. I was only met with excuses blaming covid and Pilot travel stops. Will NOT be back.
