I have only came to this store twice. The first time was fine ans great service. This time though, I ordered online and when arrived at the time given. It was just getting made which isnt a big so I went to the register to buy a drink. The lady working wrap my last sandwich and like threw the bag at the counter hard. No cherry coke which is sad. Anyway when I got to the place where I was going. I open one of the sandwich which had very little veggies and missing the lettuce and bacom which I payed four dollars for. My second sandwich had the wrong bread. I do not recommend this subway go to the ones up north way better.

Spacious dining hall at this Subway outlet. The place is clean and tidy as well. There are 3 sandwich artists when we ordered our sandwiches, so the order was processed on time and accurately.

This isn’t the first time I have done an online order and it wasn’t ready in a timely fashion. I understand you might be busy with walk ins, but when I have already paid, and you give me a timeframe, and I have to wait almost 30-40mins after that timeframe. Employees were joking around. When I stated I had an online order, the employee got an attitude about it. Very disrespectful.

I hate to a star but I have to for a comment . I walked in and the woman at the counter didn’t say a word and just starting cutting bread . I thought she’d say she would be with me in a moment but no nothing and I turned around to leave and still no can I help you or anything . I won’t be coming back there . Very poor customer service .

The first person messed up the 6in cut giving me a 5 in. Then the person in middle over saturated my sub with herb oil when i said light amount and it felt like they were rushing me, even though it was just me and my partner.

Horrible service. The person serving our food was chewing gum with their mouth straight open which was very unsanitary. Along with the bad and negative attitude they gave, it ruined our experience at Subway. I am NEVER coming to this store again.
