This is the nastiest subway I have EVER walked into. We walked in to use the restroom and wash our hands before we ate. Well…. After my son and I walked into the women’s restroom, the toilet was broken and my son realized they were out of soap. When we walked up front to notify an employee, they stated that the restrooms were out of order and they were out of soap. You have got to be kidding me. Then what have you been washing your hands with, sir? On top of this, the whole place reeked of urine. YUCK! No food poisoning for us, thanks!

Picked up the order for me, my aunt and my uncle
My Aunt specifically requested no mayo on her spicy Italian sub… Both spicy Italian subs had mayo, which is a problem because she’s allergic to eggs.
My Aunt called the subway and whoever was working there (man with an accent from the Eastern part of the world) disagreed with her, vehemently… To the point where he was raising his voice.
Horrible experience

Called 2 different Subways this morning about an inquiry. Couldn’t understand the person at either location. Doesn’t anyone speak English anymore?

Staff barely spoke English and appeared very demotivated. Got the wrong ingredients and tried telling them, but they did not understand what I was trying to say. Sandwiches were cold.

Bought two cold cut trio subs with veggies, cheese, and mayo, white bread, in early March. Ate one the next day for lunch, had diarrhea that evening. Didn’t associate it with sub. Ate the other one the next day for lunch (and these were refrigerated / in coolers) and got full-on food poisoning a few hours later. Gastroenteritis. Barfed for a day. Water-out-the-butt diarrhea for 3 days. Lost ten pounds. Do not recommend unless crash dieting.

Ordered the Beast and got very thin sliced meat. One layer of each. Had the double cheese but all I could taste was the monstrous amount of lettuce they put on it. For $15 expected definitely more meat. It was suppose to be alot of meat, but you could tell when you picked up the sandwich that it was thin and very light. I have had this sandwich from other subways and you could tell a very big difference. I took it in and they told me that they slice there own meat and where I had gotten it before must slice their meat thicker. It should be the same at all locations. Very disappointed and probably not returning to this location. All you get is mostly bread and lettuce very little meat for the sandwich that is called the Beast.

I have stopped twice this week on my way to work to get dinner. Both times some guy who speaks poor english tried taking my order. The only thing i understood was welcome to subway. I drove off both times unable to place my order. I will not waste my time stopping here again.

With so many Subway choices in Evansville, do not eat at this one. Poor service and food portions are less than other Subways. Simply isn’t managed or run properly. Save yourself the trouble and pick a different location.
