We got there and my dad was asking how much your Protein Pockets cost. All your employees couldnt understand us. He then asked if they could point to where your item was on the menu. None of Your employees couldn’t speak English. Please hire people who can, it’s very frustrating. We won’t be coming back to this location. Make sure you hire people who actually know how to speak the language.

First off the workers were very pushy and rushing us and second off she put way too much salt and pepper on the OUTSIDE OF THE SANDWICH instead of the inside like I said. When I opened it up it got worse she had it upside down and toppings not in the sandwich never coming to St Joe location EVER AGAIN…

If I could give less stars I would. We went to the st Joe location there was a man and a woman working, she was in the lobby with the headset on cleaning tables/on her phone. The sign says dining room closes at 8pm the door was locked at 6:52 when I tried to go in, she turned her back to me so I went to the drive thru, she told us to hold a minute, I seen her through the window talking on the phone wiping tables. After finally taking the order she continued to stand there in her phone, I don’t know her name cuz she didn’t have a name tag on. The guy there made our food and that was it. The girl was rude, we had to tell her two times what we wanted. Regardless the dining room was supposed to be open we like going in and getting personal service and seeing our food be made with you don’t get to do many places. She also should have been more focused on us instead of her cell phone. We will not be returning to this location.

Today I went to subway, ordered #23 with chipotle sauce on the side, it came out drenched in sauce, missing jalapeño, kids meal- had to remind the cashier to get me a kids drink, the wrapper from the cookie was in the bag but the cookie was missing, the visit didn’t go as expected.

Please have you staff read the notes on moble orders. This used to be my favorite subway but you have gone down horribly the last few years. I figured I would give them another shot so I ordered from your store 2 days in a row and my special request were ignored both days I’m not asking for extras or trying to get something for free I just put special request because you can’t chose certain things on the app like some of the fountains drinks. Please do better. I’m tired of having to drive to 1st ave when you’re down the street.

My sandwich was prepared as ordered and I have no complaints with that. However I do have an issue with the 2 employees that were working behind the counter, both of them were were masks but had their noses exposed. Right after I entered the store, a young couple with a baby came in wearing masks. 2 employees entered the store via a side door and were wearing masks. The 2 employees greeted the young couple with the baby and within a minute all masks were off. I asked the girl behind the counter if they enforce the local mask mandate to enter the store. She did not really have an answer. The object of wearing masks is to protect other people and it is clear that these people have no regard for anyone’s safety. I would have given this visit a 5 star rating but due to all of the people not properly wearing masks I am being very generous with awarding 2 stars.

This time it wasn’t so good. I got a Buffalo chicken toasted and some of the chicken was still very cold, like right out of a refrigerator cold. And of course the prices are just to high for what you get here. But I will probably be back and hopefully it will be better.

I placed an online order for this location by accident. When I tried to call and cancel it, no one answered the phone and when they finally did, I was told that it was too late. So I’m out $15 because no one could take the time to answer the phone!

Good fast food. Good selection and good size portions. Friendly employees. Actually doors OPEN for business with helpful employees! Unlike Taco Bell that won’t open their doors for business, drive through only, Subway is OPEN doors for business! Yes, would eat there again.
