My husband was using a deal and the rudest employee (thin brown hair) said he couldn’t use it and had to order online. So he pulled out his app and ordered it and sat around for 15 min and finally asked if she got the order and she said “yeah it’s been here”. He asked why she didn’t let him know it was ready, mind you the store wasn’t busy. She snapped at him “I can’t babysit all your orders” worst employee ever. But don’t mix her up with the other employee who was very sweet. Will not go back to this location because of that employee. Awful attitude

In store order, staff were friendly and made sub as ordered. What I could see looked clean and the sub tasted fresh. Prices were reasonable and the whole process was quick and easy.

I work next door and this is my first time coming here on my 30 min lunch hour. It’s obvious that they have a typical lunch rush at this time because the staff ran like a WELL OILED MACHINE! They were communicating with one another, very calm and polite to customers, even cut subtle jokes with apparent regulars. This location clearly has a good team, therefore you will get great service when visiting

Ordered online for in store pickup, said order would be ready at 7:40. Pull in at 7:35 and all doors are locked, employees behind the counter and customers eating in the dining area with no signs stating anything about the door being locked or why. Drove around to the drive through and told them I was there for a pickup and the doors were locked and the punk teenager just looked at me like I had three heads and said the doors close at 8, I replied that it was only 7:40 and he laughs and says there is only two people working then continues to stare at me. I said can I have my food and he replied with a smart attitude and said yes I’ll get your food.

I’ve been here a few times to give it the benefit of the doubt and it’s worse each time. Employees automatically have a attitude and ask ” what do you want” when first talking to the customer. This last time the lady said is “that all” asking what type of bread as if i only wanted to order bread. Then when I explained what all I actually wanted it was completely wrong. Save yourself the time and money and go to the one on North of 41. Service is amazing and food is always great! I drive the extra distance on my 30 min break to get better service by better employees and good food.

The service was fast. As soon as I walked up to the counter I was asked what I would like. None of the employees wore a name tag, so I can’t give them any customer service reviews. The only thing that could’ve been better about my sandwich is having lettuce that wasn’t browning on the edges. The restaurant was clean and tidy.

Love coming here! The food is good and rather pricy a bit but who isn’t these days? Lol The service is great and employees are actually very sweet, don’t listen to the negative reviews. Sure they are a little moody but it’s probably because they might get tired running a lot! That’s okay with me! Place is nice and always clean everyone I come in as well so that’s a plus! I would recommend this one if you’re looking for some good eats!!
