The service sucks! The food sucks! Seems like it was an inconvenience for us to bother the employee to make us sandwiches. We stood there for a whole two minutes while the employee stood there, staring at us before I asked him if he was ready for our order. Sad that should be the other way around. They have a stainless steel cover blocking your view of the vegetables and the sandwich prep area. You can not see your sandwich before you get outside and open it up. If I could, I would give this place a 0 out of 5 stars. We will not ever be back. It’s worth the extra few miles to Bloomfield to get a subway sandwich.

0 stars is the appropriate rating!!! Worst service! This group had our online order for 65 minutes and upon arrival… guess what? No one had the three sandwiches started! So, what could have been the first opportunity for customer service (making our box of a dozen cookies a baker’s dozen) became a moment to smash all but one cookie into a box.
What happened to the previous manager? She was kind and genuine.
The Good news for the employees and manager here is that we will never be back. A great way of ridding yourself of consistent customers. Tipping customers! Oh… not this visit, though, huh? We got our % back before we left…. this is when you (Manager) had another opportunity to either comp the meal for the outrageous service or give 50% off… after all, it was an ONLINE order, and I hadn’t used the BOGO coupon. Live and learn, I suppose.
Whoever is in charge of this store has dramatically impacted revenue with your staffing choices!

This place has absolutely the worst service I have ever seen in a Subway. Slow, lazy, unconcerned workers is the biggest problem. 9/25/20 Update: So my opinion of this place has went to a new low. The workers were snapping at each about who is supposed to be doing what. Embarrassing & unprofessional! Does Chuck Taylor ever visit this place to see what is going on?

Service was unacceptable their were flies around the ingredients , the people worked for the pizza place were stealing subways ingredients, worse than That they didn’t even wear gloves! I will never come back to this place again, NASTY food, VERY unsanitary, and their was knives, dishes, sauce in the HAND WASH ONLY SINK! Will be reporting to the Health Department!!

Brown slimy lettuce, super chewy bread, employees who hate waiting on you. What more could you ask for. Definitely skip this place! Side note. The bread sticks come in 3 now and not five.

Most definitely the nastiest subway I’ve ever walked into and ate at. The only reason why I ate here to begin with was because my little sister wanted it and we didn’t want to drive any further. I kid you not there were flies in the food (the tomato and lettuce to be exact) but while eating the sandwich it tasted so bland, like it wasn’t fresh! Be then again, it was in a gas station so can’t expect anything more.

Very very unhappy !! I went into subway to get 3’ long subs and was told I had to call in an hour in advance and if I didn’t it was a big inconvenience for them …no one was in the store , all employees were standing around , since I’m such an inconvenience to them I will no longer be buying food nor gas from subway or the gas station!
