Every time I go here, I order online because that’s the only way you can get the deals and coupons.
They never read the tickets correctly. I have been shorted double meat, have had my sandwich toasted when not asked for, they are frequently out of cookies, etc.
I have tried putting things in the comments for easier visibility. Such as this sandwich gets double meat or even though I don’t want my sandwich toasted, I’d like the chicken heated up separately.

I go in and sometimes they are still making my sandwich and I catch things and try to tell them and help make it right, I’m always nice and patient. They act irritated that I’m even there. The bread is always hard and flaky, sometimes not even edible. I ordered all my sandwiches with a meal deal this time. The app showed I ordered a meal deal for each, but the printed receipt was not showing that, I don’t know why.
They argued with me and wouldn’t give me my other cookies that the app and my bank account shows I paid for. The app shows 1 cookie, but meal deals come with 2 cookies but the app doesn’t break it out that way. This could be a Subway App problem but I still paid full price for a meal deal which should come with 2 cookies.

I wont be back to this Subway. I’ve let a lot slide and have paid for things I didn’t recieve, but I’m tired of spending hard earned money on subpar quality and service. I’ve worked at a Subway, it’s not hard and if you don’t like your job, find a new one.

Wow where should I start. This Subway use to be the best one to go to in Jasper not anymore. The past 2 months every time I go in there the toaster is broken so you can’t get any subs toasted or heated or you have to change your order because they are out of product. Sounds like to me this Subway needs all new management. It’s pretty sad when even the staff complains that they can’t wait on the customers like they need to.

I have to give credit to the fabulous people behind the scenes, HOWEVER, THE HUGE SILVER MONSTROSITY YOU PUT OVER THE MEAT AREA IS HORRIBLE !!! We no longer can see what we are getting before ordering !!! We like to see what we want !!! Others have been complaining about it and now I totally agree…. Makes a person wonder why you feel the need to cover ???

I have not once, out of probably 2 dozen times of ordering here ever gotten a 100% correct order. Which is baffling, because I’m not ordering anything crazy. It’s always a missing cookie, ordering double meat and not getting it, getting the wrong drinks, etc. Even leaving friendly notes in the app when ordering online doesn’t help. I can’t say I haven’t tried to give it a chance

Person making the subs was an old lady who, while obviously trying her best, was definitely not all there mentally. After 4 failed attempts to make a sub that didn’t have salt on it (I asked for black pepper…) despite my efforts to stop her from salting the second, third, and fourth sandwiches; I finally gave up on trying to get the correct order, and that coupled with the fact that they were super skimpy with literally all of the toppings (6 olive slices on a footlong… ask for more, they add 2…), finally led me to the decision to cut my losses and run.

Assistant manager Adrian Cox is on a power trip. He kicked out and threatened to call the cops on paying customers. Quietly eating a sandwich they purchased, not causing a disturbance

If you love veggies on your sandwich or salads this is the only subway to eat at in the area. They keep them at the proper temp so they are fresh instead of damaged from freezing (NO translucent, slimy looking cucumbers like everywhere else!) They always give good portions (not too much nor too skimpy) without having to fight for it. Staff is friendly and well trained.

These guys do great with large orders. Two days in a row I gave them a spreadsheet for two large orders with a pick up time. Order was perfect each time and on the button.
