I frequently stop into this store on my lunch break. Every time I go in everyone has been so kind to me, and I’ve never had a single issue at this location. The service is always great, everyone always has a great attitude and I’ve never had a bad interaction. Kathy is usually the one to make my food and she’s always been extremely kind and she even knows exactly what I want when I come in. The food has always been great, I’m very picky so finding food I actually like is hard sometimes but I’ve never had a problem with the quality or taste of their food. This location is really a great location, it’s always clean, the employees are hard workers who are kind, and the food always tastes great!

Greeted as we walk in the door…”can we at least make it simple since it’s so close to closing time?” Excellent food… TERRIBLE customer service…I completely understand closing time… however, there is never an excuse for rudeness…we’ve had a long night trying to find a restaurant near us. The restaurant is right on the time zone line…we are on central time, this restaurant is apparently on Eastern time. We had no idea and didn’t deserve the smug comments and mean mugs while making food. 10/12/25 @ 7:40 central standard time (8:40 Eastern time) I hope management responds to this and addresses this jerk of an employee.

HORRIBLE!!!! I’m not sure if this is a steak and cheese sub or a wet burrito. It was just thrown together and hosed down with mayo. As a certified Google level 6 travel guide, trust me when I say. Next time you are hungry, this is a hard pass!

I come to this location 2-4 times a week and order 15-20 min ahead on the app on the way to work since I have an hour drive, the food here is excellent quality and have never had an issue before but here lately the new employees need to be better trained. The past 5 online orders I’ve done have been wrong. I order an Italian double meat BLT, nothing special, first 4 times I paid for double meat and only got the single order amount ($8 for DM wasted) and this time I just picked it up 15 min ago and asked if was before I left, the guy said yes, and I left. Get in to car and 5 min down the road I open it up to see its the wrong bread now I can’t eat the Italian Herbs bread so that was a mess. I did call the store twice and no answer.
I always leave a $2-3 tip no matter the order (except this time), if it’s larger I’ll leave a $5 tip but I guess that wasted money here recently.
Please have any new employees know what to look for on the receipts. Sorry for the review but I’ve wasted too much money to not say something.

Horrible customer service. Argued when we told them they got the wrong bread on 2 subs. One of our subs wasn’t toasted. One was suppose to be light sauce and was LOADED. There was rude customers in there throwing things at us and the manager didn’t do anything. Called to talk to the manager and she wanted us to bring our food back at 7:55pm to be remade (they close at 8). AND THEY DISCRIMATE AGAINT DISABLED PEOPLE.( GO ASK THEM WHAT THEY DID TO A HARMLESS AUTISTIC YOUNG MAN !!!!)

We usually do family brunch every Sunday. When we’re sick of all the mess, it says slot that we turn to Subway here in town rather than Denny’s or faster food. This location is really good at maintaining fresh veggies on the counter and quick service. And the manager Kathy is a sweetheart!

An autistic 19 yr old kid came in asking for a job and then banned him from the store.
Today 6/19/23 a very sweet girl came in and ordered food, they had customers in there throwing paper at her and laughing they never once asked them to stop nor leave but they will band anyone that went in there sticking up for the two. There are a total of 4 people banned in the past month, not one of them caused a scene. New management needs to come to the dale subway. WE NEED TO BE HEARD!

Came here at 530pm to get food and a drink. Two workers and no customers. Paid for a large drink specifically to get sweet tea. Noticed the tea was empty so I asked if they could make some. I was told “Sorry we can’t make it at night.” I choose restaurants based on drink choices and have now crossed this frequently visited location off my list.
