The facility was nasty, but the girl behind the counter was nastier. She didn’t welcome us in, smile, or even say thank you. After we got back to our cabin and started eating, we noticed the ingredients weren’t fresh which made our dinner awful. We ended up throwing it in the trash. Do not eat this location

The store manager needs to recognize what an asset he is and will be if properly rewarded as such.
I tipped him $5. He worked for 5 minutes.

So I paid for our office order of $44 on the app and they “never got it” so they told me I’d have to pay another $44 to put in a second order and request a refund for the first. I said ok and did that because I’m on lunch break and don’t have time to wait. Sat here for 30 minutes to watch them standing around and manager went to the back. So I asked if my order was almost done? To which they both (manager and employee) got an attitude over and said “we’re supposed to be making you food?” I’m like well I didn’t just pay $88 for no reason??

Service was ok. When I was ordering my bread the lady got the wrong one so I let her know. She wasn’t happy with me and rolled her eyes as she changed the bread. Got frost bite while eating my food. Freezing won’t be back to this subway.

Got a sandwich from here only to get home and find a black curly hair in it after eating half the sandwich. The guy making my sandwich wasn’t wearing a beard net, so I can only assume it came from there. The soda machine was also really gross. I’m always reminded why I haven’t been back in a long time each time I retry this place. Maybe I’ll learn from my mistakes this time.

As a local, I’ve always loved going to this Subway for lunch since I work in town. I always try to go on my way to work before the lunch rush hits. The staff was always so friendly and even remembered me and my order. However, over the past month I think they have changed managers. The normal friendly staff that was there before is gone now. Every morning I’ve been in since the change its been the same woman, no name tag present, and every morning she’s been clipped and rude and unfriendly with me. She’s even been that way with another customer who was in the line before me. It makes the whole experience extremely uncomfortable. From now on I’ll be getting my sandwich for lunch the night before and just reheating it.
