We are new in town this subway was the cleanest one I’ve ever been in. Great workers and friendly service. They were so welcoming and patient. Lots of choices and welcoming and friendly faces and smiles. The subs were amazing. I loved that they toasted my onions and green peppers along with my steak and cheese. Was yummy melty goodness. Broccoli cheddar soup was delicious and perfect for the cold winter day. Thank you.

They charged me $17 for a timy bit of meat for my dog. More then our human sandwiches. I wasnt expecting it and felt rude to say I didnt want it. For years Ive picked up grilled chicken or something for our little dog when we have subway as a treat and its usually $4. I was in shock and wont do that again from Jasonvilles. On a human note, the food is always good. The place is always clean and staff friendly. For the record she did give me a 10% discount for the chicken but I dont think she knew how to ring it up and just charged me for I dont even know what as I didnt get bread, cheese or anything but a small cup of meat. Don’t be like me and try that there. Lol. I do recommend them. Quick service. I recommend the chicken bacon ranch on Italian herbs and cheese. Also the bacon, egg & cheese on flat bread. Among many others.

food is normally fresh & made correctly but my boyfriend went in to order a sandwich & the lady told him he had to wait until she finished the online order she had just received…. since when does the inside customers order not come first?? She made him wait on 6 sandwiches to be made before she would do his. Absolute nonsense.

I give it a 2 because if you order online and a line forms in the store you will be told the it will be an additional 10 to 15 minutes on top of the 15 minutes from when you ordered online because they only have 2 people there and they can only do what we can do.
All I can say is time management. As online orders come in they should be worked in the line as a person standing there. Not we’re going to make you wait longer than the estimated time because you ordered on line and these people just came in and are standing here.

I’ve always felt like if I’m going to eat Subway I might as well just go buy my own food and make my own. I feel as if the new menu has scared away most customers in a lot of people don’t want to go in there due to that I don’t blame them because I’ve ate almost every single new sandwich and and I’m not a fan.
