Disgusting. The food was so old the bread was so crusty it was an overall bad experience after a long trip to French lick. Stopped for something quick to eat before we got to the resort and it was extremely disappointing. You can definitely tell the owners were the ones working and overlooking the food quality. Anything to save a buck I guess?

Good service & clean, the Black Forest foot-long sandwich takeout was assembled great, absent the multi-grain bread. The bread was not fresh & it was crusty, dry & stale. I was disappointed. I noticed I paid more for this same menu vs. other SUBWAY RESTAURANTS. I will never do my business there again..

I purchased 2 footling sub combos (sub, chips, drink) and it came to $35.56! They allowed me to think they were applying my e-gift card balance to my purchase and then instead charged it all to my credit card. I explained to them that the gift card balance did not get applied and they said yes it did. I then showed them my credit card account transactions online, that showed where the entire purchase amount WAS applied to my credit card. They then told me that they don’t even accept e-gift cards. They lie and they do not follow franchise procedure. I hadn’t been there in years because my husband has been overcharged on may occasions and we will never go back unless it is under new ownership.

Not especially friendly. No soap in the bathroom. And I swear to God the absolute worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had . Ever. There’s a Dairy Queen right across the street. Go there.

Got charged $28 for two foot long subs one was the new chicken avocado (nothing on it out of the usually except I got spinach instead of lettuce) and an spicy Italian nothing out of the normal on that. No drinks no chips no nothing!!! $28 which is crazy acceptable I had a Jersey on with a crop top under it it was not indecent or reviling however the omen sneered at me the whole time and kept eye bawling me up and down. When I asked for an itemized paper receipt for my purchase to see why it was so much she told me that they don’t give paper receipts anymore it’s all paperless every subway which is crazy cuz I was just there a few weeks ago and the dude gave me a paper and charged me HALF (normal what the menu price of the item was for that sandwich) and gave me my receipt. She just said something in her native language and went to the back of the store 10/10 will not return and I’m reporting this store for theft to the corporate company what a joke

Even though the person who helped us couldn’t speak English well, he knows his condiments. He also made sure it was fresh. My husband ordered tomatoes on his, the worker didn’t like the way they looked, tossed a few in trash and got fresh cut pieces. I give him 100 percent!!!!
