FOOD POISONING!!!
This was my second time at the Liberty IN location. The first time wasn’t great but we wanted to give it another try.. big mistake.. The two kids working got my order wrong off the bat. I tried to have them fix it twice but they were distracted by the group of people that came in behind us. I asked for a subway club.. which is my go-to order. I always order the exact same thing at the subway by us and it’s perfect… they put the wrong meats on it, I actually told them what meats go in it and they STILL got it wrong. I finally moved on to the veggie side…I usually get all the veggies but the only things that looked decent was lettuce and olives. Everything else looked old, wilted and the cucumbers even had a white film all over them. The guy didn’t even wrap it right nor put it in a bag.. I had mayo leaking all over the place in the car heading home. (Pic attached) So we get home and my husband and I split this mediocre sandwich and the next day we were both SICK with FOOD POISONING!! it was the only thing we both ate and we both were sick the next day so I KNOW it was the food from that Subway. NOT only will I NEVER eat at the liberty IN Subway again… I don’t think I can eat at ANY Subway again after all that!! Too bad..I used to love Subway 🙁

This was my first time I had eaten at this particular Subway. I was in town for a show, and I had to stop somewhere to eat. I wanted to eat at J’s Restaurant, but that place was packed, and there was a 20 minute wait for a meal. I couldn’t wait that long, so I had to leave and came here. I ordered the 6 in Chicken Bacon Ranch with Rotisserie Style Chicken Fresh Melt Sandwich, Baked Lay’s Chips, and a Diet Coke. My meal was delicious! The bad thing was that I was the only person in there to eat. Other people were ordering to go orders. It seemed like everyone else was at J’s Restaurant or Liberty Bell Restaurant. Liberty has some other good restaurants like Pizza King and the Mexican restaurant. I hope all the competition from the restaurants doesn’t cause this Subway to close. I am willing to come back here when I am in town.

Mobile order, wait at drive thru for approximately 5 minutes, attempt to call, no answer. Ghost town. Go inside to pickup food when I was apparently interrupting the 2 employees sitting in a corner booth enjoying their own meals and on their phones. Subway regular but this one should be ashamed of customer service.

The staff was amazing, ordered the boss, right after a huge rush on meatballs, they hurried and prepared some new meatballs for us and provided excellent communication with us on status and made an excellent sandwich. Definitely an example of above and beyond the norm for customer service

Update: Went in tonight and was really happy with the experience. The gentlemen working were polite, fast and made our sandwiches perfect! Everything was very clean! Keep up the good work!!
Our family went in today for something quick for dinner. Duane helped us and he was absolutely wonderful!!! Our food was made perfectly, he was extremely helpful and nice. The store was very clean and the service was fast!!

The vegetables were so old and mostly frozen it was disgusting I didn’t bother even getting anything on my sandwich besides the meat. Had I seen the veggies before ordering my sandwich I would have walked out it was very gross I’ll never go back here again.

I love Subway, and the food was good. My issue was with 1 female employee. It was around 7 when I went in. I was ordering 6 sandwiches for my family. A newer employee began making them, she stepped in to gripe her out for using too much meat. It was very obvious that she was aggravated with not only her, but also because she actually had to work. While making my sandwiches, 3 more customers came in. She then verbally expressed that this always happens when it’s close to closing time! Customers come in late, and she’s ready to go home. I then ordered a meatball sub and she told me they were out of meatballs, I asked if she could go to the back and get more please, and her response was, “No, I’m not allowed to cook anymore this time of evening.” I said, It’s 2 or 3 hours until you close, and you can’t heat me up a few meatballs?” She still said “No.” I ordered something different. No biggie. Yet she still continued to be rude, just rushing me along as I tried to order toppings for all 6 sandwiches. She didn’t smile, not once, the entire time I was there. The food was ok, but if she’s working I’ll turn around and go right back out the door!
