A round twelve o’clock today my husband and I picked up an order at the 3rd st location. On his sandwich, the white bread was dry and old on my sandwich.I ordered it toasted.They did not toast the sandwich even after I double checked after feeling both the sandwiches they said they had toasted mine so I trusted them. The mountain dew tastes off like there could be mold or something growing on the spout. And then also on my sandwich.I found some very old black lettuce. I would not.

Last 2 times that we have got sandwiches at the 3rd Street Subway the bread has been so hard you could hardly eat it. The first time my sandwich was not toasted so you could not blame it on that, my husband’s was but it should still not been that away and we both always get a different type of bread. The young man that rung us up could barely count out the change he almost gave me back what he was suppose to charge me. I just try to call the store and lodge a complaint and I was told the manager is hardly there because she has another job that occupies all of her times away from the Subway. I stopped at the store on route 44 today around 3:30 snd order a meatball sub and a cold cut combo. I leave outside Indpls and when I got to open and start eating the sub, just about sll my vegetables were gone!! Very upset to say the least!!!

Ordered 5 sandwiches online. He wasn’t greeted. Every sandwich had the wrong bread, and none of them were toasted. I asked for 50% more chicken and bacon. Almost no chicken. Half my topping weren’t on the sandwich, and it appeared to be very little to no cheese. For a sandwich, not being toasted cheese should appear prominent, and it was far from it. Extremely disappointing. No wonder there wasn’t anybody in there.

Place was empty. Tried to use the drive thru but after sitting for over 10 minutes I decided to pull around and go inside. The place was empty and for a second I actually thought there were no employees either. Two employers eventually came casually walking out from the back and waited on me. They had no wheat bread no steak no meatballs and short of help and this was about 6:30 pm. No sign of management anywhere. Pretty sad especially on Friday at dinner time. It was last Friday The 21st of October 2022. The 2 Young man that was working there did their best.

I ordered a new Turkey Cali Fresh. The bread, 9-Grain Wheat was undercooked (baked) causing the sandwich to be gooey. Terrible sandwich, worst ever.
The only people wearing masks indoors were the customers. None of the employees were being considerate of customers.

Bread was hard…like it had been sitting for a few days after it had been cooked. The vegetables and meat were good. The attractive young lady behind the counter was very helpful, and greeted me with a smile. Just wish the bread had been a little fresher.
