if i could give ZERO stars i would. my pregnant best friend asked for a sandwich with 3x the amount of cucumbers on her sandwich and got NONE! incredibly disappointing. i know good and well it is not that hard to make a sandwich the way that the PAYING CUSTOMER asks for it to be made. do better!

Ordered 1 6 inch turkey for my kids to split, two foot longs for my boyfriend and I. The 6 inch was fine. Both of the footlongs had old curdled provolone cheese, instead of the pepper jack we ordered. My sub was supposed to have mayonnaise and I had zero. I called the store and the girl just says, “oh, well, sorry. anything else I can do for you?” subway has gone down hill and every time I think of trying it again, it’s a mistake.

I have went to this location the last two days trying to get a protein pocket the first day I was told that they did not have any ranch salami or banana peppers or really any other topping you need to make a sub and that they were not able to substitute for anything else to make the sandwich so I left then today I called to make sure they had all the ingredients to make the protein pocket so I pull up to the drive-through The employee was outback smoking cigarettes and once again I go to order the protein pocket & sure enough She said Sorry we are out of those right now lady I just called this location to make sure before I drove all the way over there for the second time I will never return to this location Super unfriendly and unprofessional.

Don’t bother going anytime after 9:30 they close early every weekend the last 30 mins of there shift is them closing and cleaning they don’t lock the door but they won’t make you a sandwich when you ask I got there at 9:40 and was told they are already closed for the day this is the 3rd time it’s happened too

This location is so awesome it’s clean the bathrooms was clean I was impressed with the store over all my sandwich maker name was Renee she was so patient with me I was indecisive and she just took her time.. all my ingredients was fresh I was even given a free water it was so hot out.. there was a few other staff members outside of Renee and everyone was so nice and polite my sandwich was absolutely incredible new fav place for sure.. not stingy with the toppings at all!!! Way to go sub Mart!!!

Yes, I know we had a massive storm come through and knock out power to thousands of people. I am one of them, I ordered online for a pick up order, I received a notification online that my order was ready to be picked up. I arrived there and had to wait 20 minutes later. One employee gave an angry tone that they were busy. If my order wasn’t ready to be picked up, why did I get that notification? Next time, leave your frustration at the door before you clock in. There’s alot of people in customer service helping others!
