I went Jan 29th around 7pm to pick up my online order. Only 2 young ladies were working, and they were swamped with online orders and in person. They were phenomenal. They did look overwhelmed, but I just want them to know they were doing a great job. It was also one of the best subs I’ve had from any Subway in a long time.

Overall worst experience I’ve had at this subway took them over 20 minutes to make a six inch and drenched it in sauce. Where I specifically asked for light sauce. The employees seem irritated like they hate their jobs.

I put zero stars if I could. Ordered a couple of sandwiches for my daughters and should have checked the bag. Arriving at home my daughter looked in the bag and was amazed how skinny the sandwiches were. I took a look and thr sandwich was literally about as wide as a TV remote (picture below). My other daughter went to unwrap hers and you can clearly see it was pretty much smashed together due to how tight it was. I then took then back and only got excuses even though it was acknowledged I had been there minutes before. I’m not sure I received a Receipt so showed them my actual bank account on my phone, showing I just purchased the food and was told without a receipt nothing could be done. I will speak with management but make sure you check you bag before you leave. Highly unprofessional.

Went in the next morning and spoke to the manager and showed her the sandwiches, (she thought one was a flat wrap due to how it looked). She gave me replacements and was professional. I’m raising my stars from 1 to 5 due to the managers professional demeanor.

It’s 2-5 minutes away from where I’m stating.. I did a pickup order of chicken with pepper jack, toasted. Got home sub was not toasted. So I ‘toasted’ it. Was mad. But whatever get to eating it. And the cheese tasted werid. They gave me the wrong cheese. And I always tip when ordering. Use to be hit or miss here. Go to other subways. In town.

Always love stopping by here when I pass by Muncie and want something quick to eat. I will say sometimes the workers can take a minute to actually show up if it’s not busy but, when they show up they are usually very quick making your order and giving reasonable amounts onto it. Besides the possible wait I really have no issue.

Had door dash order tonight. When we received our food it was nasty. A hair in one of the subs plus was suppose to be turkey but looked like they ran out of turkey and put ham on it. The second sub was mostly red onions and very little chicken. Total waste of money plus will probably be sick tomorrow. I hope you get shut down and I’m going try and get it done.
