My son and I stopped in for the first time since we’ve lived in Greensburg tonight around 5:30pm. The two ladies who made our sandwiches were super pleasant and made sure we had every topping we wanted on them. It was such a good, upbeat, happy vibe in there!! Plus the sandwiches were great. 10/10 would go back. Thank you!!

Do nor get me wrong, the food was good and the customer service was nice, but wow that was slow. It should not take as long as it did to get my food. When I got my sub too, the guy working there cut both sides of the bread. This made the sandwich fall apart, so he still gave it to me.

Go to this Subway all the time. I work down the road from it, so I’m usually there three days a week. The last couple times I’ve been the food hasn’t tasted the best. But service is usually quick and employees are nice.

I got a chopped Subway Club salad. The Subway Engineer made it perfect and was eager to add extras of the ingredients I want. Granted the veggies are not extra but sometimes the staff gives a dirty look when I ask for extra tomato, etc. Not at the Greensburg location. Great food and great service nobody can ask for more.

Does not take paper coupons due to you get your sandwhich cheaper and only take online. I said you loose alot of business, So employee said you have Wal-Mart subway. Not the way to do business. Will not go there now.

If you like stale bread, chewy meat, and aged vegetables (check: white tomatoes, soggy lettuce), then this is the Subway for you!
Subway is always a go-to for my family and I, but you’ll want to avoid this one when in Greensburg.
You can expect poor customer service, multiple toppings and meats unavailble (over half of the sandwiches weren’t even available to order), sandwiches that are cut in half with a piece of paper instead of a knife (probably because the bread is so stale!), and many other issues.
