Desiree was very nice. The order was done perfectly and quickly. Since Desiree started working there I’ve gone at least once a week as she makes my sandwiched perfectly. No complaints!

The footlong was ok but the environment not so much. One lady was making the sandwiches while training two older ladies. They were struggling, one was coughing then putting toppings on the sandwiches. The experienced lady was touching the register in between making sandwiches wearing the same gloves which was unsettling. I might stop again depending.
EDIT — Went back today and the lady, maybe the manager, was completely ignorant. Refused to put anything extra on my sandwich claiming they don’t come that way. I thought Subway added lettuce, mayo, green pepper, etc.. if you asked for it. Well, not here and everything has went up in price. Guess I’ll find somewhere else to eat.

Our bill came to $60.95 I handed the girl a $50 a $10 and a $1 and the girl said they couldn’t accept anything larger than a $20 because they couldn’t make change I told her you only need to give me $0.05 and only other thing I had was a $100 she said again she couldn’t make change over a $20 and needed to call her manager who told her to take the $100 and not the $50 so instead of giving me $0.05 back in change she gave me $39.05 in change

This is a super tiny hole in the wall but that keeps them on their toes. The place is always clean, the staff are clean, kind, and eager to please. All in all this subway is exactly what it started to be, fast clean and fresh ingredients! Definitely WOULD recommend!!

The lady that works mornings is very rude, I love subway but I will never go back. She should not be working with the public if she is that hateful. I left with no lunch on my lunch break, she said the toaster was broke so I asked for a cold sandwich cause I had to go, she told me no she couldn’t make a sandwich, she said it in a very rude way.

This is truly the diamond in the little community of Crothersville. The staff is always friendly and polite. The service is always prompt and the food is always great. While this Subway is the only eat out location in town they remain grounded in their small town roots.

My truck broke down and I was really cold and very hungry they let me come in and make my phone calls .
when I asked where there was a mechanic in town, and they gave me the direction to the closest one where Robert Fritz was. he knew my problem right away, gave me a great deal and also fixed it and let me keep the truck there until I could get back.
Anyway this was the best Subway sandwich I’ve ever had in the life I dare say it was the best sandwich I ever had in my life and it was full of chicken with lots of melted cheese. I didnt get to eat it for three hours snd it was still the best sandwich ever. been going to other subways to recreate it, and I’m so disappointed. I love the BMT there I’ve always stuck with them, but since I was just so cold out, I got that hot sandwich. actually held it near me to get warm and then later heated up microwave and it was unbelievable. I think it’s a mother and daughter working. It makes me want to just drive all the way back there about 2 1/2 hours and get another. I live in Indianapolis, and there are a lot of subways here I’d like I said other than having stale bread sometimes that BMT always is excellent. but I will never forget get my sandwich in the small town, Crothersville.
