We ordered online then 10 minutes later we pulled up to the drive-thru. We sat there for 5ish minutes with no response. We pulled forward to the window, thinking maybe the speaker was broke. This rude woman opened the window. We proceeded to tell her it was an online order and she said it hadn’t been looked at and slammed the window shut. We saw 3 employees and one customer ordering at the counter. Another employee opened the window and nicely asked us to pull up. Then she finally gave us our sandwiches and said we have no mayo. Then slammed the window shut. She gave us 4 packets of wood tasting mayo.

I love Subway but both subways in Columbus no longer carry unsweetened iced tea. I went to Subway because it was a healthier fast food option for dietary needs, but will be looking for another option. Also, compaired to some of the other surrounding area subways the menu prices seem to be higher

I went through drive-thru this afternoon ordered 2 12″ and a wrap. Tipped $9.75 at first window. At 2nd window after over 15 minute wait, was giving wrong order. The 2 guys on staff were apologetic and made my order. Or so i thought, the wrap was a BLT with American. I get home and it is a bacon and cheese wrap no lettuce, no tomatoes, i paid 10.99 for this!!!!

this is suppose to be a sweet chicken teriyaki sandwich, and it was cold, soggy and not good at all. We also had another sandwich it didn’t even have cheese on the sand which and neither did the sandwich I posted. Also the shift lead or whoever I talk to was rude.

This place is pretty average for a Subway, as you can get. Sometimes, I have ordered off doordash or another delivery app or did a mobile order on their app and I come in to get my order and I get home to check my sandwich just to see that my sandwich had been messed up. The employees are also kind of rude and look very tired and don’t want to be there. The only good thing I can say about this place was that the lobby was clean, and they had a claw machine in here to entertain you while you were waiting on your sandwich. Also, another time I placed another mobile order here and my parents came home and I had to put a sorry in my mobile order and my parents had forgot it but I thought the employees could put the drink right next to the mobile order but I didn’t realize that so that was kind of my fault. I am writing this place three stars because it is average and is always going to be average.

I went here for once in the drive thru and told the woman working I wanted a veggie delight sandwich. She asked what I wanted on it, and I told her to give me the default sandwich. She told me there is no default and I had to choose. There is though? She was snappy and rude about it. Never went back after that.

Every single time I give this location a chance out of convenience of being down the street from home and every single time I just lose money. Almost always order the same thing and get extras put on and every single time I get charged for it all and the workers never add any of it on.
