My mother came in here with her bf, and the guy behind the counter was trying to flirt with her to the point of making her uncomfortable. Things like giving extra cookies to someone you think is pretty is one thing, but saying things like “you should come back to see me tomorrow” to someone clearly uncomfortable is completely out of bounds. That needs to be fixed because if he did it to my mom I guarantee others have had similar experiences

Will never eat at this location again. Woman taking my order was very rude and pushy. Went to pay when my card declined right after using it in the store for my purchase at Walmart. Said I’d just pay with cash as they ignored me and continued to swipe my card numerous times before actually taking my cash.

I have been here plenty of times over the past 3 years upon visiting Columbus frequently to visit family. Every time I go, the service gets worse. Seems like there’s no leadership or management that cares. The owner must never visit because it’s falling apart pretty bad. It’s run by teenagers who usually have headphones on & hardly acknowledge you. I stopped getting food there & just get icees there now. I don’t trust that they are knowledgeable on food safety based on the lack of cleanliness.

Worst servicing and not a fresh veggies, the teenagers who were serving/preparing food there not taking job as serious and very careless while preparing. If I compare with other subways this was the worst I believe. They do not even know how to cut a full footlong , when I asked they given napkins. No professional behaviour showed, they are roaming here and there by running .

I ordered a meatball marinana sub but the meatballs were overdone. They said they could replace it but I didn’t bother to get a receipt. Usually a great place to eat but probably better to go 30 mins before they close.
