I recently placed an order for a Baja rotisserie and a steak sandwich, requesting extra toppings for both items, for which I paid in full. As I work the third shift and have just completed my studies, I was looking forward to enjoying this meal. My prior experience with the establishment on Route 46 was exceptional; however, my experience today was disappointing. Instead of the expected sandwiches, I received vegetarian options.
Upon contacting the manager regarding this issue, I was informed that I would need to return the incorrect sandwiches. Unfortunately, as I reside out of town and work during late hours, this is not feasible. I remained courteous during the conversation; however, I found the manager’s tone to be unhelpful. I indicated that I would consider leaving a negative review and contacting corporate, which I now feel compelled to do.
It is disheartening to observe how some larger chains may disregard customer concerns. I took care to express my appreciation by leaving a positive note on the receipt and providing a tip both online and in-person. I believe that mutual respect is essential in customer service interactions, and I encourage the manager to enhance her approach when dealing with polite customers. While I could have chosen to respond with frustration, I opted for a more constructive dialogue.
In conclusion, I wish to emphasize the importance of verifying food orders, particularly when specific requests are made. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Subway for the win! Apparently, no one eats lunch in Columbus IN on Sundays, So I was having a hard time finding a place to get lunch to take to my field crew. I walked into Subway on State Street with a crazy order of different sandwiches and wraps A nice young man named Jonah stepped up to help. He made everything correctly in good time even fixed a couple of my mistakes all while being, very pleasant and personable. I was happy and so was my crew. Hats off to Jonah for a job well done. It is nice to see young people out working and being a step above. You will go far with your attitude Jonah because you were pleasant and gracious. Best of luck in life!

Walked into this establishment and the music was so loud, I couldn’t hear the workers. I wanted a specific sandwich. (Which I was under the impression I can have my sandwich that I pay for the way i want it) the manager than started yelling at me over the music, saying the sandwiches changed like 2 years ago. Very rude. Subway didn’t offer any compensation for the rude behavior we encountered. We will be going to Jimmy John’s from now on,better sandwiches and they don’t give you a hard time about what you want on your sandwich that you pay for. And not near as expensive! Do better subway! Your workers should never yell over music! Very unprofessional! DO BETTER!

Order online, didn’t give me all of my order, so I call twice, no answer, and their voicemail is full, so I drive across town for someone to tell me they don’t carry those anymore. And I don’t get a refund unless I know how to work the app that no other worker in the store knows how to use either. This subway is a joke

Very clean. A store employee greeted us as we walked in. Our order was correct and fresh. No napkins in the bag was the only complaint for our experience. Other than that, I would recommend this Subway to anyone wanting Subway.
