Every time I have door dashed here they have gotten my order wrong. They’ll just give me a random side. Every single time they’ve gotten my sandwich wrong by using a different bread and putting different toppings on.

This is quickly becoming my favorite lunch spot! The staff is friendly and they always make my sandwich just the way I like it. Plus, I like how clean the restaurant is. There’s a Subway that’s closer to my work, however it’s worth the extra mile to get a good lunch.

The staff is always so nice! It is generally just one girl working, but they are always right there when you walk in. They have given me a free cookie (on not free cookie day!) and it just made my week! My go to is their club or chicken bacon ranch

The employees here are always nice and do an excellent job. They care about their customers enough to even remember what some of their preferences are. That’s not necessarily expected, so it is above and beyond good service. They always get a tip from me. I live around the corner from another subway, but I’ll drive here instead. It’s a complete, 100% opposite experience than what I receive at their Charlestown Crossing store. The employees here at the county road 311 location are awesome.

I had a coupon for a 6 in combo. When I showed the person taking my order said I could only have ham or tuna. I tried to tell her that the coupon did. not specify. Again she repeated that I could only get a ham or tuna with this coupon. I left the store and have no intention of returning. My perception is this is false advertising Wish I could post picture of coupon here

It’s not often I will review a Subway but the owner clearly cares about his establishment here. Very clean fast and professional will definitely gladly take the time to provide a good review. As I would definitely recommend people want to stop for a quick bite to come here.

Went to this location last week, with my middle school tennis team that I coach, and the man and woman working were very kind and patient. All the food was fresh and delicious, and the tables were clean to eat off of. Will definitely come back here
