Ordered online. When we got our food home the roast beef was bad tasted sour because I ate some of my sandwich I was refused a refund. The other sandwiches that did have roast beef were fine.

The sandwhich artist that works here frequently often gives out 4 slices of cheese instead of the standard of 8 slices on sandwhiches like the “All American” or “The Outlaw.” Which seems to be my only complaint of this establishment as customers pay more money for sandwhiches advertised as “2x more cheese.”

I ordered this online because I have a short lunch break. They did not make my sandwich until I got there, making me LATE back to work, and they didn’t read the ticket and gave me the wrong bread. Will NEVER be back!

I don’t even know where to start!! My daughter and I placed an order online (still have it) It’d VERY clear what we wanted, we get there, she brings our order out, I checked it to make sure it was done correctly because I have food allergies. It was ALL wrong. My daughter takes it back in, the girl was bothered that she had to remake it (had an attitude) slinging things all on the sandwich, again she had the order in front of her yet she still made it wrong once again!!! I paid for a footlong with extra chicken, mayo and pickles, not toasted.. Not to mention my daughter’s sandwich wasnt right either!!! She threw the sandwich in the bag, then ran outside to smoke a cigarette!! HOW HARD CAN IT BE?!?!? IT WAS TOASTED (hard as a rock) NO EXTRA CHICKEN, HAD LETTUCE ON IT WHICH I CAN’T EAT, then I tried to call to speak to the manager but no ones been answering the phone, they have it now set it goes straight to voice-mail!!! All around HORRIBLE!!!

I’m still in here waiting, there’s a short line, and a bearded gentleman with no beard net on moving slower than molasses, another employee shuffling three dust bunnies around with a broom so as to not help, she has pink hair, no one’s wearing a name tag. Truly shameful, three customers and it takes a half hour a piece to make three sandwiches???? Like why? Won’t be coming back here

I order a roast beef footlong sandwich with double meat and it had 6 extra thin pieces of meat on it. I would have been better off buying a .89 cent pack of Budding meat and put on it. Worst sub ever for $14.00.

They have the veggie patty! Not all Subways have that. Employees are usually friendly when I go for lunch. Clean restaurant. Even the restroom is well-kept. Only complaint is the sweet tea. Sometimes its almost clear, like they didn’t use enough tea in the ratio, and sometimes they don’t have tea at all. Other than that, I like this Subway.

The older woman who works here is beyond rude! I walked In trying to go to the restroom I had to go so bad and as soon as I got to the restroom door and started to open it she pops up from behind me and yells mam mam are you eating subway? I didn’t even have a chance to blurt out no all the way before she yelled if you’re not eating here you can’t use the bathroom. Very rude and disrespectful. Don’t come to this location.

Went in early evening after dark, Located in an old strip center, restaurant surprisingly clean, friendly prompt service, 2 young ladies working, which they handled customers fine. Due to the area I am concerned for their safety. Food good. Steak and cheese my favorite. Litter in parking lot. Returned for Friday dinner. Friendly, clean and efficient. Owner/Manager apparently there. We Ate inside. Only saw a few customers come in and take out. No drive thru. Odd location, in older part of Jeff next to apartments. Got the “rib” subway, tasted just like a McRib.

This is truly the worst subway in Jeff. We usually avoid it since there are two others, but this one is closest. My family never has issues with the other two, but we’ve had orders messed up MULTIPLE times here! They’re always missing ingredients or even adding ones that were never ordered. I even paid extra for a deluxe cold cuts combo and there was only a slice of bologna and a little bit of cheese. Seriously, go to one of the other subways further down 10th street if you don’t want to waste your money.
