I am writing to express my outrage and disappointment over a recent experience I had here tonight . I found myself subjected to unjust treatment that left me feeling dehumanized and disrespected. During my visit, I was falsely accused of sexual harassment by the restaurant’s manager. I was the only customer in the store at the time that the manager had a problem with using the latrine.Instead of being treated as a valued customer, I was treated like a criminal and when I simply asked for a business card to make a complaint to corporate-instead was unjustly accused of something so horrible, I’m sure I’m not getting much sleep tonight. Full stop.

Fortunately, the incident was recorded on video and audio, which later proved that the managers claim was absurdly false (per my ridiculous visit with our awesome JPD) The evidence clearly showed that I had not engaged in any inappropriate behavior, contradicting the manager’s claims and highlighting a serious misunderstanding or bias that I simply cannot understand-on her part. I love and live in this community. I may look like a little rough around the edges but it’s embarrassing to be treated like this.

What struck me most was the manner in which I was treated bottom line.I felt like a second-class citizen, subjected to scrutiny and harassment solely because of my appearance (possibly, I’ll give everyone the benefit of the doubt) and yelled at in front of other customers by this woman. It’s unacceptable and I also see on the past reviews that she has been a consistent problem. I urge Subway to take this incident seriously and reevaluate their training and protocols regarding customer interactions, especially concerning racial sensitivity(again possibly but it was ironic to say the least) . It is crucial for businesses in this amazing community to foster an environment where ALL customers feel safe and respected, regardless of their background. Do better.

I hope management/ownership will implement changes to prevent such an awful experience from happening to anyone else. ❤️

Good customer service deserves to be recognized. I had a great experience at this Subway location recently. In particular, I was blown away by the great customer service of an employee by the name of Tyler. From start to finish, Tyler was courteous and ensured my sandwich was made with care, while adhering to all food safety standards — something that is less and less common these days. While having a pleasant conversation, I could see very clearly that Tyler will be a great manager or supervisor someday. The sandwich itself was great, but its the service that will keep me coming back to this location. Thanks!

If you like being treated rudely then this is a great place for you to eat. The manager/owner has no customer service values, any manager that yells at a customer because the customer made a mistake, should not serve the public. Yes, I made the mistake, but the customer should have never been rudely yelled at. Avoid this Subway, they don’t care that your a person.

Download the app for the BOGO Footlong. It’s a great deal. Nice people. Quiet. I got the Sweet Onion Teriyaki with extra cucumber add peppercorn ranch. Small Sprite and white macadamia nut cookies. Yummy. Todd got The Great Garlic he said it was pretty good.

I had a great experience at this Subway location The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly and efficient My sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it with fresh ingredients and a good balance of flavors I really liked the fresh baked bread and the vegetables were crisp and cool The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that the drink machine was a bit messy and could have used some attention Overall though it was a solid visit and I would definitely come back

The woman working wouldn’t give me extra tomatoes on my veggie sandwich because she wanted to make what they had last until tomorrow. She tried to just give me two singular slices of tomato at first – for a footlong. I clarified asking for more and she added 2-3 more but said no to any extra.
I get running out of stuff, but don’t tell your customers no when you have a full tray of the product right there… A smart business would simply run to the store and get more tomatoes once you run out, not tell customers no in hopes to save them and get through till tomorrow…

Thankfully the tall gentleman working overheard as he went to ring me up and put a few more tomatoes on the sandwich. He was nice, attentive, and had great customer service so props to him. The extra tomatoes don’t really matter, I know. The point being, if your customer service is lacking like that, you’re not gonna have customers to save those tomatoes for anyways. Customer experience comes first.

Ordered through their app for delivery more than an hour before close. Not only did they void my delivery after my $50 purchase, but waited over 20 minutes after I placed my order to do so. Didn’t get my food, and am still waiting for my refund to appear in my bank account.
As someone who works at a drive thru restaurant that people can DoorDash from, genuinely unacceptable

Ordered online… the app said that it was ready. Went inside and they were just starting on it. They weren’t busy so not sure what the issues were. Customers walked in as I was waiting and they completely stopped working on my order. Plus I get to work with my food and they didn’t give me part of my order. Love subway but definitely going to find a new location to visit.
