My husband went to get us subway and the sign said they closed at 3pm he arrived at 2:35pm to place an order and the workers said they are closed and when my husband pointed out it wasn’t 3 the workers still refused to take his order and locked the door once he walked out I am highly disappointed in his experience and I hate to post. Pictures but you can see the worker in the photo that refused to serve him.

I made an order through the app and got a sandwich that had very little meat and even though my bread was tasted, it’s not supposed to fall apart. Anyone knows the difference in old dried out bread being toasted to fresh bread. I didn’t even eat it and it’s said because I went out of my way to go to this subway because it was the best one in Jeffersonville by a mile.

I usually place my order on the app & pick up on store because I always think it’s going to be more convenient, and it is when everything goes correctly. The last several times I’ve gone, they’ve messed up my order. I thought it might be easy to overlook my selection for extra options like double meat, so I started adding it to the notes section. Still messed up my last order. Disappointing cause this is the closest subway to me & I don’t feel like having to correct them or waiting in line, especially when I’m trying to quickly get in & out during my 30 minute lunch. Other than that, though, the staff is nice & place is clean. Usually, it’s not too crowded when I go.

I was having problems with getting the sandwiches for the price that it should have been for the buy one get one free. There was a very nice young man who tried helping me out with my problem. Even though I couldn’t get the sandwiches for the buy one get one free deal that I had seen, he went over and beyond to try different things to help me. Even though I didn’t get my BOGO sandwiches this guy was awesome. I live kinda far from this subway but I definitely don’t mind the extra miles for the awesome service and great food.

The young Manager was there by his self early in the morning I go to several subways across Louisville and Indiana and by far this was the best experience. He was so nice took his time with my order I was a district GM for Popeyes for over 18 years, and I would’ve loved to have this employee as one of mine, he was just great very positive a smile on his face the whole time while working by his self just very positive energy great job definitely a keeper

We went there yesterday at 1:49 PM. The young lady working there said they were closing in 30 minutes. My husband told her that the sign on the door said they were open til 3 PM. She said if you order and stay to eat, that we would be locked in. I didn’t like her attitude or her tone of voice, so I told my husband that we needed to leave. We went to the Subway by Meijer store instead. They were very nice and friendly and stayed open til 4 PM. We will no longer visit the Subway at River Ridge. I will tell all my friends too.

The sandwich ( Italian BMT) was so fresh and so good!! The girl did an excellent job. She was very friendly and attentive , making sure I was satisfied with the order! 5 starts!!
