Great atmosphere and service. Brittany made us the best sandwich!! The ladies were shocked to get a compliment, which is sad! So thank you both for our sandwiches (Sorry I could not recall the other ladies name).

I used to love coming in this location up until about a month ago ! But the new people in there was very unprofessional ,not so friendly came back in a different time hoping to see the assistant manager and it was told to me he no longer works there ! I don’t no why due to the people there now I will not be back I get barely any meet on my sandwiches, and I don’t feel as welcomed as I did when the assistant manager was there he was great ,friendly,patient,always made sure everything was good,treated us very kindly,respectful,always greeted us with a smile,and made us feel happy to come back . I really hope he comes back until then I’ll have to find a different place to go !!

The food was good. My only concern is the staff and the store hours. They say they open at 9 am, but I was up there at 9:15, and didn’t see a single person in there. The staff also can’t seem to be on the same page about whether they are hiring or not. Also when I call up at the store, it takes me four times to call, just to get through. Even if there isn’t a single customer inside. I get it, I have worked in restaurants before and you do prep work and getting the store ready, but when you are checking your phone and the store phone rings, the polite thing to do would be answer it, not look over and stare at it while it rings.

Ordered a #40 (All American Club Wrap) priced 8.49 for 6” and 13.97 for 12” on their overhead menu. Was informed on checkout all wraps are charged as footlongs even though they are approximately 6”. Wraps are now served on flatbread and not tortilla wraps; taste terrible, beware if your a fan of their old style. I was very disappointed in my visit today and I love Subway usually.

If I could give this place a -10 I would . Their service is horrible. The workers do not dress appropriately, do not wear uniforms, they sit at the tables and chairs on their phone. I went in and had to stand there for 5 minutes before anyone even took my order. What a joke! This place either needs ran by someone else or needs to be shut down. I will be finding out how to contact corporate and I will.

This store refuses to take your order unless you order online (which takes forever given poor cell service in the area). It literally took 23 minutes to get my food from the rudest staff I have ever encountered in my life. I sat in my car watching the two women from the pick up window play on their phones and chit chat for 15 minutes before they decided to start making my food. Ordered 7/3:24 at 3:40pm. Safe to assume this small business in this small town Isn’t super busy. You’d think they would be happy to take your order through the drive thru.

If i could put negative i would. Picked up our subway, didnt have the things we ordered, then when we got home and unwrapped our subs, just wet bread and Lettuce. This is ridiculous. Will be the last time they see a dime of my money, but if you like wet stale bread the Versailles subway would be a great choice.

Horrible quality. Ordered 2 six inch honey mustard bbq chicken subs, chips and a footlong cookie for pick up. We get it home, there are no chips, cookie was replaced with 6 regular cookies and THERE WAS NO MEAT ON OUR SUBS. This has got to be the worst Subway.

I paid for a delivery. They then told us that they don’t deliver and would cancel the order and refund my money. They tried for a week and a half to give me a gift card and finally said I could drive up there and get my refund. I paid with a card why do I need to drive to a store to get my refund that I am owed and have been owed for days. They have been nothing but difficult through all of this. The only person in the whole store who has been helpful at all is Doug. He told us that since the refund was delayed it would have to be sent to corporate. He sent it to the store owner. That’s how we got it to the point where they are willing to give me the refund if I drive up there. I was in a car accident and have no vehicle at the moment hence the delivery. They are being difficult and holding my money hostage. This is unacceptable.
