Stopped to get my daughter and myself some lunch. The lady didn’t listen after I repeatedly told her what bread I wanted and cheese. My daughter and I had to split a sandwich as they refused to make a kids meal. The 3 people that were there were very unpleasant to deal with.

I have used their online ordering for over a year now and have never had any problems. The sandwich is always correct and it’s ready when I get there. I switched to online ordering because it was always too much of a risk to order in person and get caught in a lengthy line. No more. I order at least once a week, walk right in and pick it up. What could be easier?

Not impressed. I have visited this location 3 times in the last 2 months. Each time I was dissapointed. All three times they were out of something (a certain type of bread, veg.,or meat). The last time the wait time was crazy, there were only two people in front of me and I was there for nearly 45 minutes. The food was edible… but I won’t be back anytime soon.

I’ve called in three separate times to pre-order. I’ve called in a half hour early. Two of those times my subs weren’t even started until I got there. The third time I ordered a BLT with some other condiments. I get home and my sandwich has no lettuce. I called up there she told me that I didn’t specify that I wanted lettuce. What the hell does BLT stand for?! This place is a joke!

I wish I could give less than 1 star, but this will have to do. Stood in line for 30 minutes for our 2 sandwiches. We have half an hour lunch. So, by the time we get up to pay, and it’s already been half an hour, we don’t have another 10 minutes to wait around for you to get change, in turn, you only have one five and thirty-five ones. This is Winamac. There aren’t a lot of other options for lunch. You would think you would have your stuff together and be ready for customers. Half the product wasn’t stocked and ready, and had 1 person in there at first to help. Help finally came in after 3 others before us were helped and gone. Get a clue! We will not be back.

Went in and ordered sandwiches and barely any meat on them and by time i got then they werent even warm anymore. Gross. Plus had to wait an halfhour just for the sandwishes to be made. Very slow guy in there and no idea what hes doing at all.
