Ordered a chicken bacon ranch salad online. Worst salad ever. It had more cheese than anything. Very little lettuce and spinach not even a good ratio to match the meat. Had a ton of cheese left over after the rest of the salad was ate. And I mix my salad very well. It literally slumped together like a dough ball with the meat in the salad with the dressing there was so much. Gross. This is what was left.

The young man Trevor & Ice’Sis is always so friendly and nice and takes pride in his work. The store is always so clean and a friendly atmosphere. Only issue is I really think the restaurant and the entire strip of business needs brighter lighting.

Walked in and stood there for 5+ minutes and the workers never said a word to us and we were the only customers in the building. They were working on an online order and could’ve just said “be with you in a minute” but instead wouldn’t talk or even make eye contact with us. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Above and beyond the expectations of care and friendliness! The lady working the night of June 12 deserves great credit, took care of our whole family even though she seemed working all by herself. Made it feel like the kindest town in all of Indiana.

It used to be VERY GOOD, and then the owner started overcharging way too much. The argument would be “competition”, right? Well, you are the ONLY fast food restaurant in town, and the subway in gas city is nearly $5 CHEAPER per sandwich than this one. That’s ridiculous! As long as the prices stay non competitive, I would rather drive the extra 5 miles and save almost $2 per mile since I get 2 sandwiches than order from here and get ripped off. I was a customer so often the employees knew my order. Everyone there is nice and friendly, but the owner RIPS YOU OFF.

One of the best subways I’ve ever been in. Everything was prepped real nicely. My sandwich was made perfectly not over toasted just absolutely perfect. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Staff was polite and warming. Outstanding!

Without. Coupons a single sub is almost $12. The bread seems to be shrinking also. Still good service and good food at local store

I don’t believe I have EVER had a bad experience at any SUBWAY. The housekeeping is immaculate, the staff is professional ( unlike most competitors who’s staff seem unfazed that a customer is PRESENT)
