Food was good, the service and atmosphere on the other hand was completely unacceptable. I came in here the other day and the entire time I was trying to order, the older woman was yelling in the back at the top of her lungs on the phone. I could barely hear myself!! Not only that, she then came in the front and started being rude to the people behind me! This behavior should not be tolerated especially from an older “mature” woman like herself… I’ve been coming to this Subway even before she started working! And it’s gone completely down hill. The other worker was surprisingly nicer and on top of things! I will not be returning to this location until something is resolved and changed. Thank you.

The woman working the cashier was great, but the kid that built my sandwich didn’t know what was going on. I ordered a signature sandwich (#20), and he didn’t know what went on it. I literally read off the ingredients to him, from the menu behind his head. Then, when he cut it in half, he took the just-used knife from the other employee instead of grabbing a clean one. Luckily, I don’t have food allergies.

I was told to wait for a phone call to be made to a manager. After I was told my coupon was expired, the coupon I had was good for another month but not accepted by the register. That was not the problem. I was more than happy to wait while he made the nice patient man’s order who had been waiting behind me real quick. The problem came when I had to once again wait. The worker made two other sandwiches for two new customers who came in before he made the phone call needed. The customers who walked in and he served before taking care of me were his family. And I was told they were in a hurry, my food got nice and cold; while Im just waiting to pay for it. My issue was taken care of after his family who walked in after me was served first.

Ordered a sandwich with extra lettuce it came with NO lettuce and had so much salt on it the sandwich was not edible. The woman working was slamming things around and acting like she hated her job. Worst Subway EVER. Will not be back.

This location use to be great. Absolute worst Subway in Ft. Wayne. Arrived to pick up my online order and was told we had to adjust your order because we were out of white bread so we replaced with wheat. I replied gross because if I wanted wheat bread I would have ordered wheat bread. Then he told me he tried to call me to tell me. Never did I receive a phone call. My number is in my account and I didn’t have a missed call. Then he walked away from me when I said nobody tried to call me. Wow what great customer service…. never again, will visit another location. This place is a waste of time and very rude. No future discount or anything, I would of just left had I not already paid on the app.

I used to stop into this subway every other day for lunch. For about 5 months it was great id order online drive to the store then pick it up and it was ready to go no problems at all. Last time i went on 4/19/24 i ordered two subs. On my way to the store i received a call they were out of flat bread no problem ill take something else. I then arrived at the store which is a 15 minute drive along with waiting 5 minutes as soon as i walk in i am told by the older lady. “Your the online order right”. I said yes. The lady then started to make my sandwiches. The man helping her had to constantly tell her to (chop,chop) and still with the order in front of her had to tell her how it was done. 45 minutes for 2 subs. im sorry but you lost my business.

Lady seemed to mad at the world, slammed salt and pepper shakers together,and didn’t even cut the sandwiches, put pepper on my daughter’s sandwich that she didn’t even want. Not impressed! Won’t be back at that location.
