I’m hard of hearing and they’re very accommodating here. The guy working around 6 pm understood that I can’t talk and even talked louder so I’d be able to hear him. He was very patient and kind and took his time ensuring the sub was correct. He asked all the right questions (if I wanted it toasted, if I wanted the peppers and onions added before or after toasting, etc etc). The dining area was very clean, they seem hard at work as well despite it being slow. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. Napkins and everything you need to dine in are in the dining room and well stocked. 10/10 recommend this subway.

I did a mobile order and added a note about my pregnancy craving. Huge shoutout to the wonderful employee who loaded up my sub and even gave me extra pickles and sauce on the side. She made my whole week!! 😀 This is the best sub I’ve ever eaten I could cry

Stopped here after work. I havent been to a subway in 4 years. It was approximately 30-40 minutes before closing. Went to go through the drive through but there was a sign stating that the drive through was closed and to go inside and order. So I drove back around to the front of the building. I went to park as an attendant came out of the door and shouted that they wouldn’t be taking any more orders due to staffing issues. Although I understand the worker shortage, the owner shouldn’t be operating the store without enough staff. That makes everything harder on the current staff and isn’t fair to them as they likely have to pick up more duties to cover for their nonexistent coworkers.

The service at this store keeps getting worse. Today none of the associated working even acknowledged customers as they approach the counter.
I had to tell them why I was here.There are 3 people working and there is no rhyme or reason to what each of them are doing. I placed my order for pick up and it was to be ready at 7:15, it’s not. There are people that came in after me that have received their orders.

Seriously dissapointed! Rarely get fast food, decided to get subway, bought 5 foot longs and 2 of them were completely without toppings. No they weren’t busy, in fact they had 3 workers doing the sandwiches at the same time but RUSHED our order. Thanks for the bacon an melted chz sandwiches

This subway is the worst in Fort Wayne. Anytime I come to the drive through I have to wait 5 whole mins to order when I always check to see if there is people inside. Absolutely ridiculous. You can hear them talk shit to eachother and they get my sandwich wrong everytime.

Went tonight for two subs. 12 in steak n cheese and a 12 in chicken bacon ranch. The service wasn’t the best. The girl who started making the steak and cheese kept rolling her eyes and asked someone else to make it so she can go to the bathroom less than 2 minutes later she came back and sat in the dining area and was on her phone. They nuked the steak. Then another girl seen the steak go into the microwave and was trying to put cold steak on the sub til I stopped her from proceeding. So she started making mine. Maybe she was new I’m not quite sure to be honest. I was rushed to pay so I didn’t see but I’m 99% sure she put my sub in the microwave so it was not toasted. They were having trouble with the register so I didn’t see that she didn’t cut my sub. BOTH of our subs were soggy and my boyfriend didn’t even get his toasted so I’m almost wondering if it was even cooked. No manager to be found as well! Unacceptable!! Usually they aren’t bad and get really great service but tonight was absolutely terrible! And then one of the girls took her Vespa out the store and drove off… was that why she was in such a mood because she wanted to go? Still Unacceptable.
