They will short you every time on ingredients.
Supposed to have 8 meatballs on a foot long like pictures but I only get 6 every time. Alot of the sandwich is just bread.

If I could leave zero stars for this location, I would. Someone decided to hack my subway account and order at this location. When I was notified moments after the “order” was placed by my email, I contacted the location to halt the order for the crook. After verifying the phone number as being to this location, I called. They don’t answer with any location info, name, etc, they only say hello….hmmm, so I hung up, double checked all the info again, yep, it’s correct. I called back to the same greeting. This time I asked them to stop the order and she told me I have to place the order online. I said you aren’t listening to me, you are set to make a fraudulent order under my name. She answers the same again and hangs up. Wow, if you can’t understand English, don’t work at a subway and answer the phone in Indiana. Let’s see if I have a response from the franchisee for this location, otherwise, I have an email into Corporate Subway, so we’ll see how they respond. There was no need to let this crook actually have a free sub.

Clean, quick and tasty! I was very impressed with their customer service – polite, helpful and informative. When I was debating between types of bread, the employee let me know the price difference, so I wouldn’t be surprised when I paid for it. And when my rewards didn’t show up at first, the staff kept trying until they figured it out. I will definitely eat here again!

Tried the new menu. Food was good. I asked for Spinach on my sandwich and she put 4 pieces then looked at me like ok what next. I guess she didn’t want to get more. We were thanking them and the one that made my sandwich was just rude and didn’t smile. The other 2 women are nice as can be though. It’s hit or miss really…

Very clean inside. Young man who served me was neat, hygenic, well spoken, and well mannered. Generous with my toppings. Our breakfast steak wraps were wonderful. Plan on patronizing this location often.

The gentleman that works says is awesome he knows his repeat customers by name and usually what bread, cheese and toppings they like. Best sandwich maker ever. On the other hand if the owners wife is working don’t order. She skimps on everything and should not be behind the counter making anything for anybody.

Tried to order the free 6-inch sub sandwiches during the free 6-inch sub promotion and we were told that they weren’t participating in that promotion in their store luckily there were other stores participating. I thought all Subways were promoting the same thing? I guess our side of town’s not good enough to honor such a promotion after people patronize their business. I wonder if they’re independent owners or something? I can say that the guy working there was polite though. I miss the Subway on Paulding Road it had more room for dinning and parking and they were clean inside store. They’ve taken away too many Subway stations and other stores and restaurants in our area over the years. SMH.
