EVERY time I come here is always nice and the staff isn’t rude. But my god do they sauce up them sandwiches lol. They always taste good and never not made right, I personally just don’t like swimming in mayo or the amazing honey mustard stuff.

I placed an order online, app said ready for pickup. Went to the store and my sandwiches were still sitting on the counter half made. I waited 20 more minutes due to waiting in line. The bread on the sandwiches was unedible. Was hard on outside and soggy on inside. Would not recommend using pickup. It’s suppose to be faster, but during busy times, you aren’t a priority even tho you placed your order first. Giving overall 2 stars instead of 1 because both employees were new.

Second time ordering at the drive through. Both times my sandwich was missing a topping that I ordered. If you want your sub made correctly then go inside and watch them make it. I love the convenience of a drive thru but not if they can’t get my order correct. I wont go back. I would rather go to the butler store. At least they won’t miss anything.

I stop here for lunch quite often, and have never had a particularly negative experience. This location gets SUPER busy during lunchtime (options in teeny tiny Waterloo are lacking), but as long as you come before 11:30 or after 12:30, your wait should be minimal. The ingredients in my sandwiches have always been fresh, and the employees are attentive and friendly. When I tell them “LOTS OF BANANA PEPPERS” they don’t skimp. The building itself is quite nice and has a little fireplace. I’m happy to have such a nice option near my office!

Very cool Subway. Nicely decorated, nice staff and very clean. 4 stars are because there was no baby changing table in either the Men’s or the Women’s restroom. As we were going here to get food during a road trip with a toddler, we ended up having to change her at our booth. Not fun. Other than that, definitely a cute place.

Our subs were served on what taste like day old bread. Very hard and tough to bite into. My husband returned it to store and asked for another to be made and she said why, there’s nothing wrong with it. I ordered a BMT with extra pepperoni. She put the pepperoni on and left off the salami. I’m not sure why. She didn’t have a reason. Then she wanted to charge him for the remake. Very poor customer service. Just like the other comments, no manager available. This was not the first time. Such a beautiful place but terrible food.
