Honestly they are just super slow, physically but potentially mentally as well. Ordered online to avoid a line, but when i get there theres a huge line. I dont get in line, i stand up by the cash register to just get my sandwich and go.i was supposed to be there for pick up at 12:45. I arrive at 12:55 and have to wait in line until 1:09. Not only does the man working the register not acknowledge me ever, he proceeds to keep ringing out customer after customer with out even asking why im hovering there. So i wait 10 more minutes in line and finally once its my turn i tell her iv been waiting to pick up my online order. Not a “sorry about the wait, have a good day”. Nothing

This has to be by far the worst Subway in Indiana, PERIOD!!! For some reason I keep giving this place chance after chance and each time it gets worse! The service is slow, the veggies are terrible, and the sandwich makers are horrible!!! I have yet to have a DECENT sub from this place! I work up the street at General Motors so I will go there for lunch, but never again! This place needs to be shutdown for good, and those sub makers should never work for subway ever again. I am not a picky person or difficult one for that matter and I have never left a google review for anything in my life but after today I was compelled to. So if you enjoy subway please avoid this place at all costs!!!!

Subs were good. Drinks were an issue. They were out of sweet tea out front, so my coworker asked if they had any in back. They did, but when he tried it he poured it out and got a coke instead. I got a diet coke. It tastes a little like diet coke, and a lot like fruit punch. Seems like they’re swapping lines and not cleaning them first. If you visit, skip the fountain drinks and get a bottle instead.

The young man Aiden was working by himself. He was clearly very busy and still took his time with every customer, he made everyone feel like they are welcome. I would eat Subway more if I had this type of service every time.

The manager is very flighty. Hard to speak with as we were trying to order and she kept telling us random things, not related to our order. Service was slow as there were only 2 older ladies working and the lady doing veggies doesn’tvhear very well.

Painful. Painfully slow service and one of the women behind the counter had no idea what to put on the sandwiches.. She could be new, but she was so painfully slow, it’s hard to know. Gave it to stars because it’s pretty clean, especially the bathrooms, so not the worst Subway.

This location HAD great service once but lately it’s has been very poor. You can hardly hear the help when asked what your order is, they can hardly talk, no energy whatsoever to the customer. Employees we’re unsure of how to build our orders.The last 4 employees shouldn’t even have been employees, they were that horrible and we’re getting paid.
