Service at this location is always been pretty decent. Evidently there’s been some changes in management as well as personnel.

Absolutely the best customer service I have received at a subway. Jessica according to her name tag. And the manager was prompt and very polite throughout my order. Also after my dining experience. I had to use the restroom. Often try not to as restrooms are often not the cleanest in my dining out experience. But these were some of the cleanest. Great dining experience all the way around.

Food is pretty on point with SubWay standards. Service expectations are consistently poor. Pulled into the parking lot. Only car there. Walk inside. Only person in the dining room. Greeted by two employees behind the counter. Was told they’d be with me in a minute and they both disappear. Expect to wait. Expect to watch your food to be made with 80% accuracy to your order. Expect nobody to be in a rush to get anything done. Expect to spend $10 for a sandwich and chips.

They charged me for a salad bowl on top of my sandwich. They never do that. The girl kept switching to the other girl. Im extremely pissed. Subway won’t get my business anymore. They need to tell these women to do their job instead of making people feel like they aren’t supposed to be here. Never had this many problems until these new people came along again. I then tried to pay with a 100 and they said they couldn’t take it. So I had to go to the gastation next door. My total was 50 they could have done it. Then I got soaked walking to my car.

Only one person working over lunch. Waited 20 minutes after the requested time after ordering it online, whats the point of ordering ahead if you still have to wait? Expect to wait for at least 15-30 minutes for food to be made. Need to have more people working.

Went in for a salad and was told it was more expensive to buy the salad vs buying the sub. So I ordered a foot log veggie sub with no bread. The amount of veggies might have been a 6 inch sub, definitely a rip off. Lost my business.

The guy don’t listen to the people in the drive thru. He is a ignorant along with the girl who wears a headset who can’t properly do his job or ask the basic questions on what some one wants on the sub . This subway has had issues for a few years now. I will recommend going to Bluffton or Waynedale for better service. The Ossian Subway sucks and can’t preform basic service on 2 subs at the drive thru. The new owners apparently don’t care enough to be present at the store. I will contact corporate to report this store

I decided to stop by and bought a sub. The customer service was wonderful. It was Monday at 2. The young lady was pleasant and helpful. Really made a huge difference from my last visit. I have stopped in since Monday. She is a keeper.
